With Stage 4 water rationing in Wichita Falls, it is illegal to wash your own vehicle. The issue is that whenever there is a problem, not only does the owner deny responsibility (there are some signs posted saying they are not liable for a variety of damages), he states something like, "There is no way his equipment or personnel could have done that damage! Hundreds of cars go through there every day!" Read the reviews on the Better Business Bureau web site (even though they say "resolved"). Just read the online reviews. The owner did speak with me about my damage. He said the employee did not cause the damage, even though I saw him do it! The owner raised his voice at me and was very disrespectful. When you own a business, employees and machinery make mistakes and cause damage--I am just glad the young man did not lose his job (I hope)! In the end, my repair cost me $40; interestingly, I would have already spent another $500 there since 2010, had the situation been resolved. After reading the other reviews at the BBB and other places, I am happy it only cost me $40. I will not be back.

Brought in my German Car (brought over from Germany) for the third time. They already know me over there, because I have two cars brought over from Germany. Especially with the diesel it is somewhat tricky to do an oil change. The filter is hidden behind a couple of hoses and cables, and you have to be very careful not dis-connecting anything. They did a great job on both cars all the time!

My husband has been taking our Van here for a year now. I always worry about going to a new car wash because you don't know how they will treat your car. We have really the wash you get for the price. I like that you can choose from different kinds and different prices. We will continue to go not only for the value but for the quality of the car wash.

professional and prompt.  The oil change never tries to hassle you into the other services like draining the transmission, etc.  In and out fast and they automatically drive your vehicle over for a free car wash.

The majority of the time, we had a good experience.  However, within a week or so of each other, my husband's truck and then my new car were scratched while being washed.  Not terribly, but still noticeable scratches on almost new vehicles.  My husband spoke with a manager and was told that it wasn't there car wash that scratched our vehicles.  The man said that they wash thousands of cars and it was nuts to think that ours were damaged when no one else had problems.  Naturally, my husband wasn't very happy with that response, so he wrote a complaint to the Better Business Bureau.  The company responded to the complaint in basically the same way that the manager had responded to my husband.
We continued to use our fast passes and get our vehicles washed there, because there is no other place in town to purchase a service like that, and most of the time we had not had a problem.  However, this morning my husband went and got his truck washed.  After it was washed, the general manager came out to his truck and asked if he was the one who had complained to the BBB.  My husband said that yes, it was him.  The GM then went off on him and told him that they don't want our "f****** business" and that we should not bring our vehicles there any more.  Hy husband responded that since we had already paid for our fast passes this month that we would continue to use them as many times as we wanted this month.  The GM then told him that was fine, but after this month, he didn't want to "f****** see" us there again.
Well, he'll get what he wants.  We won't go there again.  However, I do plan to make sure as many people as possible know about how they treat their customers.  I do not understand how they can maintain an A+ rating with the BBB when supposedly part of the BBB's standards "include a commitment to make a good faith effort to resolve any consumer complaints."

Everything went pretty good while we were there. When we arrived at home we noticed the vehicle smelled like fuel. Figured it was a fluke but when it smelled again the next day and losing 1/4 tank of fuel, our neighbor who is a mechanic looked at it and said when they replaced the fuel filter they reconnect the fuel line very tight which caused the odor and the fuel loss.
