AAA completed the foundation repair on 3/17/16. My wife and I couldn't be more pleased. Most of the cracks inside the house closed up along with the brick on the outside. They touched up various areas outside and even re-caulked the windows. They totally cleaned up the grounds around the house and even swept the street where they loaded the excess dirt taken front the repair holes. AAA setup a follow up appointment in 90 days to ensure all is settling correctly. If you need foundation repair I highly recommend AAA Guardian Foundation Repair for the job.

All of the members of the team were very professional in their demeanor. The person that came to do the estimate was punctual, thorough and did a good job of explaining his findings and the details of the plan. We also appreciated that he emphasized fixing what needed to be fixed, rather than spending the money to unnecessarily doing the entire perimeter. He also made suggestions on what we could do to help prevent the foundation from needing more work, such as sealing the driveway seams and running the downspout extenders out further.
The crew arrived early and began work immediately. The job was complicated by a drain line installed earlier that had apparently started leaking, making the soil very wet. Nevertheless, the job was completed on time and without incident. The foreman came in and checking that the repairs were getting to level. They spent a lot of time checking the exterior door and the garage door to make sure that they still operated as they should. This was not done by the previously used foundation company. This crew did a really good job of removing the excess soil and cleaning up all the mud that was generated.
They have since come back twice to check on, and fix, the normal settling of soil in the fill holes. They have also scheduled a 90 day followup meeting to discuss the project and where to go from here. The company that did the first foundation work did not provide such follow up.

The men who came out to do the work was prompt and conscientious. Totally professional and efficient. They were careful about the plants around the house and left the property in excellent shape. They cleaned up after themselves and were polite and inquired about what we expected. When talking to office personnel, those people were also polite and patient, making sure they understood what we were calling about and letting us know what was going to be done and when.

The workers were beyond professional and friendly. They arrived on time and kept us updated on the process. They were upfront about the possibility of our shrubbery not surviving being removed and replanted (so far so good, though). All work appeared precise and thorough. There was no rushing to get finished. They did their very best to clean up the work site. Due to water restrictions, they were not able to get some of the mud off our driveway and sidewalk, but they did their very best to get as much as possible. The mud was never an issue for me, but I appreciated their attempts to get the work site as clean as possible. This great group of guys even acknowledged and interacted with my curious children. Overall, this was one of the most pleasant home work projects I have ever had.

Very responsive to request for bid. Did everything they said they would do. Showed up on the dates scheduled and completed the work with little disruption to my mother's daily routine. They have since called to follow up for any failures or problems that we may have encountered since the repair. Highly recommend!

This company was great from beginning to end!
The person who came out to look at the foundation, Johnathan, was very courteous and informative. He also dealt very well with the distractions caused by a 3 year old! Contacted me quickly with the estimate and explained in depth what exactly needed to be done. He also re-worked some estimates and amount of work needed to reduce the price.
The work crew arrived promptly as scheduled and worked diligently all day. The repairs caused some major shifting inside the house, and the crew did some interior patching which was over-and-beyond. Everything was cleaned up, furniture all set back up on porch, and all holes filled in.
The office staff was wonderful--after the work was done, I was contacted to make sure that everything was satisfactory, and they have arranged a time to come back in three months to make sure the measurements are correct.

Foundation repair on my home. They were very competitively priced as compared to other foundation companies, with a little negotiation. They included a long run of buried piping to address the drainage problem that was causing my foundation repairs. They outsourced the job to a foundation company out of Ft Worth, however they do honor the lifetime warranty. Some of the tuckpointing fell out, they came back promptly when I called and addressed the issue. They also came back promptly when requested to backfill some holes that developed when the soil settled where the piers were placed.
As for negatives, I had a little complaint about materials used to replace parts of my deck that had to be removed to access the foundation. I had a redwood deck. They replaced it with treated pine, not redwood. Sticks out like a sore thumb. Also, they used nails rather than deck screws. The nails have come loose and the boards have warped pulling free and becoming a hazard. I haven't called them back for this as I have plans of replacing the deck in the next couple of years anyway.

Great! Their guys arrived on time and were professional. They had to dig several areas around our house, insert concrete blocks until the house was level. When they were finished, they filled any cracks in the brick, poured new cement where necessary, and cleaned up. I believe our yard was cleaner after they left than when they arrived. We highly recommend this company.

We had some initial issue with them. They came out a couple different times, but in the end they got it as well as they could. They were persistent and thorough. Their price was reasonable. I would tell other people that they make sure that the job was done. They work with the people. If there is still a problem and you are not satisfied, they will work till you are satisfied.
