The work was done exactly as described and estimated.

Not always prompt about responding to messages. The morning of the project (Martin Luther King Jr.'s Birthday) while on the way to my home he texted asking if I would be able to pay him in cash for the project upon completion. It seemed to be a strange last minute request but I complied.

They did a great job cutting window frames, and installing windows on our deck addition. They were far cheaper than the other 2 quotes I received. Highly recommended!

They were prompt, courteous, professional. Prices were reasonable. Experienced with great communication. I would use them again.

The guys from WeatherGuard were great to work with, they showed up on time and provided a reasonable quote and gave several options. They bid the job on Thursday and were able to complete the job on Monday! Great turnaround.

Job only took 1 hour after they came back with the materials. They charged me $525. That seemed high.

I was not happy with the roof and they said they would some things and did not do them

They came out checked the roof and quoted a fair price. There was no attempt to oversell or pressure to install a new roof. Came out two days later and did the repairs.

I bought an older home in the Denison, Tx area 2yrs ago. It needed a new roof. I think every roofer in the Grayson county area bid the job. Bids were unbelievably high, I guess they thought I knew nothing. Most were insistent that they were the best bid ever. As I was about to consider doing repairs, I found Weatherguard, Ronnie and Tommy. Real people, real pricing, exceptional work and I���m a nitpicker. They checked out well, paid them half up front on Friday, they arrived Saturday, as promised, as the sun was just rising. They completed the house and garage on Monday by noon as promised with no sweat. The team was professional, courteous, and worked like a well-oiled machine. The work site was cleaned up and I���ll be calling them for other jobs as well. I hated to see them go. Men who keep their word are worth a million fond thoughts. I wish everything I did turned out this well. BTW - It has rained since the installation, and there are high winds as I write....no problem.

I used this company on a renovation of an entire house, approx 1200 SF I was so disappointed in the lack of quality of the work, shoddy, it was a labor plus materials that I paid for. I still can't account for all the materials because they won't return my calls or even return my key. I had to have gas lines in my house replaced because they put a nail into a gas line in the wall. It took 2 plumbers 3 days to find the leak! That cost me an additional $2K, The 220 plug they installed had a short, I paid over $300.00 to replace it and the 20 amp breaker they had wired it to. BEWARE!

They did a great job on the deck rebuild. When unexpected circumstances arose, they were professional, sent photos, and obtained approval before proceeding. When they were finished they cleaned up everything. The deck looks great. Other odd jobs were done as expected.

They stained the fence the wrong color and could not fix it correctly and ended up walking off the job site. Boards are now warping after only a week and a half after being installed. DO NOT USE them!

Fast efficient. Friendly. Goes beyond what I expected.

He came when he said he would come and he did what he said he would do and everything was cleaned up when he left. I can't ask for more than that!
