My snapper self-propelled mower would not start and the pull cord had broken. Roquemore's hardware just started repairing mowers, so I took it to them for repair. I am very glad I did. I usually try to do things myself. I noticed the pull cord unit online was $89. That doesn't include the time I would have spent repairing it.
Roqumore's Hardware (Jimmy Brownlee is the repair tech) repaired my recoil spring, pull cord, tuned the mower and rebuilt the carburetor for only $111.16.
I took the mower in on 3/28/2014 and they finished it on 4/11/2014.
