Kelly Air Conditioning & Heating Inc. is a third generation family owned and operated business, founded in 1971. We take care of all of your service and maintenance needs, for residential, commercial and new construction projects. We are a member of the Whitehouse Chamber of Commerce, the Smith County Better Business Bureau, and the Tyler Area Builders Association. If these credentials do not impress you, just ask a friend or relative, and they will probably know one of the Kelly’s who have worked and lived in this East Texas Area all of their lives and place customer satisfaction at the top of their list!

They did good work. They were pricier than I anticipated but they did good work so I guess it was worth it. They did everything in the timeframe they said they were going to do it. Their price was what they said it would be. At first they were not going to give me the Angie’s List discount because they said it was only on minor work instead of a $2,000 job. They ended up giving me the discount after I told them I was going to tell Angie's List. It ended up saving me around $400. I was pleased with the experience and I would use them again.

Called Kelly ACand set up appointment to schedule for semi annual cleaning and contract renewal.  Service man arrived  on time and started work promptly.  Cleaned inside unit and serviced filters.  Ran unite and checked gages outside.  Spent about an hour.  Told us everything was great with unit and will see again in 6 months.
