Estimate provided promptly by the owner and the fence was completed ahead of schedule. They did a great job and there prices ARE the BEST in East Texas. They are definitely the "Go To Company" if you want quality fencing done. If the need arises I will use again without calling and shopping prices !

Although I was promised the work would be done ASAP, but for sure within 2 weeks, it was over a month before it was completed (I had to call them, they forgot about the work).  The fence repair was poorly done and the gate began to "sag" within a month after installation.  Although the company said this work is under warranty, and I do not have to worry because they will repair it, I have been calling since 1-6-15 to get them to make repair.  They have scheduled 4 times to come out and fix their mistake, but do not show and do not call me to let me know they cannot make it out as scheduled.  I have to call to reschedule (to date, I have called this company 6 times and am about to call again because they have missed another scheduled appointment to fix the gate - this is the 4th missed appointment).  The company did come out and look at the problem and admitted to the gate needing to be fixed and the problem related to the repair, but then added that gates "split and sag" routinely after installation ... really??!!??  Their bid was higher than others, but it was because I ordered (at their suggestion) iron posts and longer fence boards to help keep the gate functional, as they said, "for years ... longer than your house will last" ... So far, the newly repaired gate lasted less than 6 weeks before displaying problems related to boards splitting and the gate sagging to a point where it is becoming difficult to open.  The new gate installed works fine.

I do not know if they will actually fix the gate as they promise.  Even if they do, their professionalism, failure to return phone calls and keep appointments has become a nightmare and has led to a great deal of work on my part.  By the way, the gate they replaced was operational for over 30 years before it finally bit the dust ...   

Very professional and friendly.  The fence now has many more years ahead of it.  Did a great job and the price was very reasonable.  The owner even offered to drop by another day when he has more concrete and fill in around two post on the opposite side of the yard where the fencing is just beginning to lean a little and at no extra cost.  That is going the extra mile to keep a happy customer.  Thank you East Texas Fencing! 

The job, overall, went very well.  ET Fence is very busy, but we felt taken care of.  Jerry Spencer came out and gave us the initial bid.  When our neighbor got involved and wanted more done to his yard, Jerry's wife, Becky, came out and took the information and worked with him. 
The men who installed the fence did an excellent job.  They were very courteous about the plants that were in the way.  I wanted a special gate built as an entry into the back yard.  I found it on-line.  Jerry told me that it would be no problem to have it built and gave us an estimate.  He also said that he would not be the one to build it.  He has a man who contracts with him that will do the work.  I am more than satisfied with my beautiful gate.  It is exactly what I wanted.  The price you see above included price of building the gate.

Absolutely terrible. Showed up on the day and time agreed to conduct estimate. That was the only positive experience. Estimated work and set and gentlemen's agreement to start date in 2-3 weeks after date of estimate. After the end of the 3rd week I called them and left messages. No one answered phone after the initial estimate call. About 3 days later received a call saying they "hoped" to be out at the end of the week and to hang with them. On Friday afternoon of week 4, I tried to reach them only to get answering machine. Waited for call back on Saturday and then had to leave message on Saturday that I hired someone else and not to bother to come. Even after that I still have yet to receive a call saying they acknowledged or attempt to reconcile the situation. A huge disappointment. Seemed to be upfront and prompt and turned out to be just the opposite. I will not recommend them.

I found the company on the internet and sent them an email. Since it was the weekend I wasn't expecting to hear from anyone.  The guy called me! I wasn't even home, but my husband was so they met and reviewed the work that needed to be done.  He quoted the wood fence right away, but I needed to look over a brochure to select what ornamental fencing I wanted before getting a price on that.  When I did, the pricing was very reasonable.  They took care of the repairs and new wood construction right away, and once my ornamental materials were in they took care of that too. Everything was great, and seems to be well installed and functioning properly.  Very friendly and I would use them again.
