Major Renovation Multiple Room Service
SPR did a great job remodeling to add an extra bedroom. There were no hidden fees and the work was completed in the time agreed upon. Alex was very knowledgeable and communicated with us from start to finish. I would definitely hire them again for future projects.

This contractor is terrible. He does not pay his subs, always owes them money. I have documentation to support everything I say. He did not do what I asked, popcorn removal, skim coat, and retexture, then thought I should pay for a terrible job and crows feet! 1979!!!! Nope, you have had no good reviews in quite some time. Your business has gone downhill. I do not think $120,000 are nickels and di.es for your crappy work that you did not bother to oversee.

Buyer BEWARE. I hired this company and the flooring and laminate cabinets were awful from day 1. He agreed to make it right, however when it came down to doing it, claimed he was discriminated against. WRONG! He missed his budget, timeliness, and did not fix his terrible work. I have photos to show anyone considering using this guy.

"This customer has used our services for the last 4 years nickels and dimes all subs .subs be aware she picks out all the materials and acts like the contractor. The past few months made us do a job at his dad's house and did not payed our company 2000 dollars. SPR gave a a quote same day and stuck with it! No hidden fees and Alex was very Knowledgeable. I have some openings in the expansion joints even after watering daily, But other than that I?m pretty satisfied

They did excellent work. They replaced wood work in some places and you have to look very close to see where it was done. They caulked the entire house and repainted. They even fixed the holes that were made by Hummingbirds and you can't even tell where the holes were.

I was very impressed with the professionalism and the detail paid to the job. Checks and double checks to make sure that the job was done correctly and to our satisfaction. And the communication was great. Answered any question that we had and kept us updated. We had a power failure at the house and we still finished on time. Thank you.

I had an entire bathroom remodeled. Trish and Alex acted as general contractors for the project which included tile on the floor and tub walls, updated plumbing, popcorn removal, painting walls and vanity, and new counter tops. They provided great service and communication - really concerned with the quality of the work. Trish especially was easy to work with, provided great advice and terrific updates and follow-up. I love my new bathroom!

Alex and Trish were professional in their knowledge but also kept me updated along the way. I had a tight window on completing the project due to selling our house and Specialty Painting Services came through on-time and for a great price. I had compared 3 other local paint companies. Workers onsite were diligent, did a great job of painting and cleaned up nicely afterwards. Would definitely recommend them.

Did a great job removing the popcorn from my ceilings, had a few touch up. The only problem was the clean up which in included in the estimate, did not happened. took me 3 day to clean up.

Speciality Painting was quick to respond and very reasonable on the price. My project needed many repairs including plumbing, carpentry, paint, sheetrock, and appliances installed. They did it all quickly! I would happily recommend them.

Poor work ethics and time management. The caulking used was supposedly 55 years guarantee; it didn't last 55 weeks. Called company to request new application. I received no returned phone call nor corrective action.

"Specialty painting was ask a directed by homeowner to use a GE silicone that is not paintable. Wich we did do. We used a polyurethane caulk from serwin williams wich is the best caulk for houses that have foundation problems. There is a warranty on all of my work when I direct the project and the use products i request. The number one failure for any thing regarding painting or caulk is moisture problems."
