I Have Used This Company Before On My Old Unit And They Did A Great Job And Didn't "Nickel and .Dime" Me To Dearth. They Are All Very Experienced And Stand Behind Everything They Do. When It Was Time Top Completely Replace My System, I Got 3 Bids. I Got One Lower Bid From Another CompanyButn It Want Even Close To The Quality And Capacity Of What I GotFrom Goode. They Don't Rip You Of.

We called them this morning and they came within a few hours--very, very fast since this was not an emergency. They were polite, efficient, and overall great. They came in and checked the thermostat, etc. that are inside. Then the outside units were checked. Finally, the attic apparatus was checked. He was going to change the filter, but I had just changed it this morning. He pronounced it in perfect condition. We paid by credit card, and that was it. Great experience with a local company.

I found the company to be very professional.. And because my husband had been thinking it was a similiar issue he had fixed before, they technician was able to trouble shoot the problem and fortunately we did not have to wait on an AC unit.
