The recent inspection went fine. No equipment defects or problems were noted. In previous years, Aggieland Septic has pumped out my tank, replaced the motor on my aerator and later rebuilt it (apparently damaged by ants), and performed the routine inspections. Initially, they noted on every inspection report that the septic tank needed to be pumped out. However, in the last 7 years, they have not mention that it needed to be pumped out again (so far).

I'm on an annual contract with them. They have come regularly and filed appropriate reports with the county health department. When I called about an alarm that went off, they came and did some work ...then it was making a very loud noise all the time. When they came back I asked about it running all the time. The technician said it was supposed to do that. The next time they came out, they said it was a broken pipe...Each repair was an additional fee. It seems that the broken pipe was likely done when they did the first "repair."
