+ -1 moreThe whole process was a waste of money. Some weeks after I had the job completed by another tradesman I was on the roof and found a length of pipe, 9ft long which was either over ordered or never used.
Description of Work: This 'company' visited and quoted for removing a rain pipe, repairing and replacing wooden cladding inside my building. Despite numerous telephone calls it was nearly 2 months before the work was started. I had already paid 50% of the agreed cost up front as a deposit yet the job was never completed. Conard Dees made no attempt to contact me, complete the job or explain why. Since then I have heard he has a reputation for taking on more jobs than he can handle and yet takes deposits for those jobs with no intention of ever doing them.
