I initially called in April 2009 and received a visit from Traci Thomas (daughter of owner/founder) soon thereafter. She assessed my needs and e-mailed me a quote the next day. I postponed any action until August when I again contacted her. I decided to work on a different area of my yard so she re-visited immediately and gave me another quote promptly. When I finally decided to have the work done in September, she acted quickly. Throughout the process she was extremely easy to work with. Very professional, personable, reliable, punctual, and timely. She and a large crew arrived right on time and worked diligently. She also labored along with the men. They tilled and re-smoothed the area, added 3.5 cubic yards of topsoil, and planted 800 square feet of Raleigh St. Augustine sod. To me, Traci was the face of the company and, as such, represented it in a most positive light. If only everyone treated their customers like she does!
