CARLTON'S CONCEPTS

I've been VERY happy with Carlton and his crews (construction, electrical, and irrigation). Working with them gives you the sense that they will do whatever it takes to get it right and make you happy. Based on their performance so far, I just hired Carlton to handle our landscaping project around the new pool.

If you enjoy babysitting a contractor, having to pick up his workers trash, worry that your project will fall on someone and kill them, listen to lies, watch FRISCO Inspectors fail your contractors work over 20 times, watch crappy craftsmanship and non licensed legal workers on your property then you definitely need to hire Carlton! If by chance you have any common sense, THEN RUN... Do not return his calls, if Hauk pools recommends him them punch them in the face...... And Fire Hauk because they suck as well.... He was referred to us by Hauk Pools who is another POS..... Sound it out... Piece of ssssssss Carlton is seriously on his last few brain cells. His punctuality and workmanship is by far the worst...... Hire a 1st grader, give them a hammer and at least you knew it was a 1st grader. DO NOT LET HIM ON YOUR PROPERTY! AVOID HIM....... You will seriously thank me. it took him almost 10 (ten) months to finish a 20x20 free standing cabana that the other 3 vendors we should have chosen said would take 1-3 days. This is all viewable online. He literally failed all of his inspections. His workers were not even licensed nor legal........ I finally got the city of Frisco involved and they contacted Carlton and after everything and I mean EVERYTHING was replaced ( 10 monthssssssssssss ) they finally passed his work. RUN...........
