Jordan and Tanner Residential Cleaning, LLC DO NOT EVER make the mistake to hire this company!! They are flat out TERRIBLE!! We used one lady before she got married and moved away…she out cleaned/worked the 4 people that Mr. Tanner sent all by herself! Our neighbor recommended this company and we regret allowing them in our home! Master bathroom was not cleaned at all, toilets were not cleaned, trash not emptied, dishes not touched, wood floor were mopped with water left soap scum and streaks all over our polished floor, clean linen put on top of linen already on the beds in ALL 4 bedrooms, etc!! Please don’t ever make the mistake to hire this company!

The provider had a great deal of personal problems. He expected me to understand why his work was sub par. I used his service, because life happens, but it continued for some time. Because of this he did not respond to messages or texts with any urgency. He was not responsive, disorganized and unprofessional. He did not supervise his crew. His crew had to be told to redo work, they got upset when this happened, even though they asked me to check their work. They did not speak English well, they did not arrive on time and there appeared to be a lack of communication between the crew and the owner. If he lost his phone he did not have backup contact information, he is not professional, organized and does not know how to conduct business efficiently. He needs to get organized, resolve his personal problems and run a more professional business. I was putting up with this nonetheless because the price was good then suddenly today I got a message from him through the Angie's List website that he would not be cleaning my place anymore, with no explanation.

They have great communication skills on the phone, you can pick and choose what it is you need them to do. They confirm the date they will be able to get out and let you know when it's finished.Their rates were very fair. When we checked on the rental it was beautifully done. They were professional in every way. If he was all over the area he would get so much work from me. He does the area he can do very well.

Ralph came out and provided an estimate and understood what we needed and why. Post construction there is dust everywhere. We were able to agree on a date even after my move in was delayed a few days. Three ladies came out and did a deep clean and took good care of my new hardwood floors, countertops, and textured/painted walls. Unfortunately they didn't clean the top of the ceiling fans and left cobwebs in a tall window, even though they were provided a step ladder and extension dusters by Ralph. I gave Ralph a call, told him what was overlooked, and we set up a time to have the ladies come finish up. Unfortunate they did not arrive when they were supposed to and I had another engagement and couldn't wait any longer. So we rescheduled again, the ladies finally made it out and finished up in about 10 minutes. Ralph was great to work with and made sure I was happy with the work his cleaning team had done.

After the crew left and the wood floors were dry, my wife and I noticed a very sticky/hazy film.  As my wife started to re-mop the floors,
there was so much soap left on the floors, it took her over 2.5 hours to get all the soap off.  When they first got here, we requested the crew use the Bono wood cleaner that we had set out for them and that clearly wasn?t done and they didn?t pick up the water right away in the dining room where some of the planks started peeling & warping.  The crew did a great job in all other areas,
including all the tile floor surfaces in the bathrooms and kitchen so don?t understand why such a poor job was done on our new wood floors.  I used in the past and they seem to do better when the owner showed up to help with the cleaning.  I did tell Ralph about the problem in hopes of saving someone else from the same issues, but got a very dismissive response saying that he was sorry that I was disappointed...Really???

They were good!

Unfortunately the ladies who came to clean my home did a very poor job.  The pillows and cushions on the couches remained untouched and were not cleaned or vacuumed.  Throws on the couch were not folded. There was cat fur on the pillows that  had not been cleaned.  The kitchen stove was not even touched and remains dirty.  They did not make the bed in the Master bedroom.  The Master bathroom shelves remained dusty; small mirrors were not cleaned.  There was a mix-up regarding arrival time. I was told there would be a "deep clean" performed, which was to include fans, blinds, and baseboards; none of which were cleaned.  I asked if several silk plants/trees could be cleaned, and I was told that they would be.  They were not cleaned at all; not even touched. When I informed the owner of the company of my disappointment and let him know what the issues were, he responded with a rude and dismissive comment.  I will not use this company again. 

It was okay. They sent 2 people out to do the job. They cleaned as much of the house as they could in the amount of time. The scheduling was fine.

We had such an amazing experience with Jordan and Tanner's company. I contacted them via email at the last minute and needed someone to come out four days later. They were able to accommodate my need and responded promptly. The three ladies showed up ahead of schedule and were so friendly. They walked through the house, got a feel for what needed to be done, and got down to work. While they worked, they had fun! It was not a situation where everybody was quiet and it made it feel awkward. They asked me about how to clean I vacuum my rugs, and when I asked them not to vacuum one rug, they respected my wish. They even asked to use my vacuum cleaner on our other rug, so they would not ruin it with theirs. I am so appreciative of that!! 
They were extremely thorough, meticulous, and got all of the tough to reach areas. They were in and out of my home in no time, quicker than I expected! 
I called and talked to Ralph on the phone, he was so kind and flexible with my schedule. We are going to schedule a BiMonthly cleaning service with Jordan and Tanner! I would highly recommend Jordan and Tanner to anyone who is looking for a great cleaning company.

This is my third attempt at finding a cleaning service that I am happy with.  I'll be the first to admit that I am absolutely TOO picky when it comes to someone else cleaning my home.  I was about ready to just accept that maybe I was being unreasonable, and that I needed to just settle for "tidy enough".
When I arrived at my home after the first cleaning, I immediately went to work searching for shortcomings.  I checked the floor corners for dust, I wiped my hand across every surface and counter looking for dust, and I scratch-tested my shower walls for soap scum.  I couldn't believe it, I could not find a SINGLE thing to complain about!  Not only that, but the owner is very friendly and extremely accommodating; he is an absolute pleasure to communicate with.
These people do the most amazing cleaning job I have ever seen.  They organized my counter-top clutter.  They vacuumed my closets.  They washed, dried, and changed my sheets.  The house smelled amazing.  I am looking forward to long and happy future with this company!!

All of my emails with estimate and scheduling questions to the company were immediately answered. When the day came for the cleaning, I was given an update for arrival and the crew were right on time. My expectations on the cleaning of my home was exceeded. They did an awesome job and I will make sure to pass their cards around to potential clients. Thank you Jordan and Tanner Cleaning!

Jordan & Tanner were professional, on time, and thorough.  They had the whole job kicked out in an hour and a half.  I'd use them again in a heartbeat.

We moved into our house a month ago and had been looking for a new cleaning service.  Ralph from Jordan & Tanner promptly responded to my email and provided me with an estimate that was right on the money with what I thought it would cost to get our house cleaned.  We scheduled our appointment and had it yesterday.  There was a crew of three nice woman and man-o-man, they went to town!  Granted it was the first cleaning we had with them, but they were here for a good 2-2.5 hours.  The place was spotless and smelled great.  Right now we are only having them come once a month, but I wouldn't be surprised if we have them start coming every other week once we get settled in.
