We worked with Josephine Claiborne in purchasing our new construction home. Josephine was great at helping us understand what was available, what we could afford, and what to expect during the process. She was also extremely helpful with assisting us in negotiating with the builder when the builder announced delay after delay in the construction (which I understand is unfortunately, extremely common). She and Roger Martin had a wealth of information and contacts for each step in the home buying process. They were both very professional and responsive despite our numerous first-time buyer questions.
