Excellent.  I highly recommend Steve Farabee, and Texas Home Technology.  Steve is a gentleman in every sense of the word plus He knows what he is doing.  He had a to deal with a complex situation in my case, and he ended up doing great.  he Replaced old Speakers, ran new wiring, installed new speakers.  Then set up the new amplifier and Sonos sound System, which is amazingly good.  Steve is very careful to remove every spec of dust.  He never leaves any debris behind.  I thought Steve delivered flawlessly on what we agreed, and he was a real joy to work with.  Based on my experience with him, I highly recommend him for any sort of Home Theater, and Home Audio installation needs.

Steve was courteous, professional and pleasant from our initial contact all the way through job completion. I had a couple less-positive experiences in the home theater realm (folks not bothering to respond to communication, bids written for work I did not request or omitting items I requested. Steve listened to my requirements and presented me with a bid that reflected exactly what I outlined. His communication was always prompt and professional and he made me feel like a valued customer immediately. On the install day, Steve and Brett showed up exactly at the scheduled time and kept me informed of all work and involved in decisions that affected my family's entertainment preferences. The work was completed as outlined in the bid and Steve even returned to my home the following Saturday because I had forgotten to request that the TV be directly connected to the 5.1 surround (as opposed to passing through the STB only) so that I could enjoy online content in 5.1.
I told Steve that I had several A/V folks to the house to bid the initial job, but that I was most interested in forming a long-standing relationship with someone I could depend on. I found exactly that in Texas Home Technology

I wasn't exactly sure what I wanted done when I called Steve. I knew I wanted one tv mounted, but wasn't sure about the overall solution for both TVs and both rooms. Steve listened to my concerns and understood what I was trying to achieve. He did a lot of quick design and architect work on the fly. He was able to design and install solutions that were better and more affordable than I had anticipated. Steve worked quickly and efficiently to reroute cables from the attic to the appropriate walls. He moved cable boxes and DVD player into the closet behind one of the TVs to create a seamless and efficient solution. It also looks great and works perfectly. This required moving outlets, cable feeds, etc. There were a couple of different options on remotes or signal devices to allow the remotes to work from closet to the bedroom. We came up with the most economical and reliable solution. It also looks amazing and really saves space. In our game room / media room we were trying to determine how to set up our 70" TV. Net, net he again listened and then quickly designed a solution and got to work. It was less expensive to mount a 70" TV than to buy a case to support it! All of this required brackets HDMI cables, etc. He breaks down the cost of everything and all of his parts, components prices and labor are really competitive. Everything is precisely measured and fitted the way you want it and to look really good. Steve then cleans everything, tests everything and makes sure you are completely satisfied. This was a fantastic job and I highly recommend Steve!

Steve Farabee, the owner, installed and set up a new LCD television in our home. He was thoroughly professional and the work was done quickly and completely and at a fair price. I will use his services again when I need them, and I highly recommend him.

I moved to a new house. Steve connected my existing home theater system in my new house and connected the house's internal speakers as well. He did a thorough and professional job, was prompt and very helpful. I would highly recommend him

Steve came to house to determine our needs and ordered 2 missing TVs and all components sparing us the headache of shopping.  He and his helper pulled new wiring hidden behind the sheetrock, installed speakers in the walls, connected all components and ran any necessary setup programming.  He determined the cable connection in the master was not producing a good signal and helped communicate our problem with the cable company. They were polite and their work was professional and tidy.  The project was turn key and ready to use.  Steve went through everything before departing and followed up with a phone call the next day.  Later when painters took down the wall mount screen in the master bedroom and had trouble reconnecting, he talked them through it over the phone.  The experience was all and more than we hoped!

Steve came over and I told him what I wanted. He then emailed a quote the same day and once I gave him approval he ordered the parts and set a date to come back to install. He called to give me updates on the order and then when the parts were all in the came over and installed them. He actually took my old cable box to Time Warner and switched it out for me and after installing the mount, noticed that it was crooked so called the company that made the mount, took pictures and followed up to see what the problem was. It was a great experience throughout and I am thrilled at the setup.

He did an excellent job. This service is new. He does new computer set up, security set up, software installation, digital photos, surround sound, Xbox and Playstation installation and installing 1 remote for all the systems. I will continue to use him in the future.
