I called and he was here within 2 hours on a Saturday. The office called when he was enroute to keep me informed. I cannot say enough. Tech was great!!!!! It was just a loose wire. He had it going within 5 minutes. ☺☺☺ All I owed was for the service call.

We highly recommend them. They were very professional and prompt. They gave good pricing but with a good quality work.

I had purchased a new home and I wanted to have the A/C checked out.  They checked it out and found that the coils needed to be replaced.  They could have easily taken me to the cleaners but instead they checked and the A/C was under warranty.  I only had to pay for the labor for that issue.  I also had them do a complete cleaning of the system as the house had been on the market for about a year before I purchased it.  I had used them in the past at my old residence and I got the same kind of service...they are trustworthy.  Rest assured that if they say it needs to be fixed, it does.  They won't make stuff up to charge you more.  In the past when I used them they were honest with me in telling me some things that could be done but that were not necessary when other might have taken advantage of the situation.  They aren't the cheapest out there as I know there are some other companies that might charge a bit less.  However, I don't mind paying a slightly higher price because I know they are honest and do good quality work.

First I think I need to tell you that I HAVE been using this company for several years. My neighbor also uses these people.  They are prompt, not overly expensive, very respectful and will always go the extra mile to help you out. I CANNOT imagine using anyone else for my AC/Heating needs. I wish they did remodeling also. Ok here is my story of what happened that I required their services once again.. I heard a dog tear my venting and wiring apart about 3 am. I got up in the morning and called Joe. They told me they would get here as soon as possible. They arrived in the afternoon after calling to be sure I was home as they were unable to be here earlier due to another job they were working on ahead of me.. They arrived and were extremely respectful as always. They went to work immediately and found they needed a different part than they had brought. As it was a smaller tube than they use today. They returned the next morning bright and early as promised and once again called to let me know they were on their way. They also are a great source for Air filters.  They completed the job quickly and efficient as ALWAYS

Joe's estimate was not the lowest price, nor was it the highest.  It was almost a coin toss between them versus one other company.  They did some extra sheet metal work with the venting (this is a park model trailer with an extra room added... "Texas room"), and they also replaced the old, round-style thermostat with a digital style t-stat. 
After they finished, everything seemed great until I realized two things: 
1) When the a/c was running, the noise level was loud enough to wake you during the night (or keep you awake); this included both the sound of the unit itself (a loud cycling/rhythmic hum)  as well as very noisy rushing of air through the venting.  I also noticed there was a huge temperature difference between the main trailer and the addition.  They did come back more than once to readjust the venting.  Although the unit still is not quiet, it is somewhat improved. One of their guys suggested the reason for the cycling hum was due to there being too short of a return duct (I don't understand that explanation because the old unit was quiet-running).  
2) When the thermostat calls for either heat or cooling, there is a very audible "snap" sound from the t-stat (electrical snapping?).   They came and checked, but said everything was fine.  I am not comfortable with that (I have a digital thermostat in my other home, and do not have that electrical snapping sound).  I would prefer to change out the thermostat (electrical snapping sounds are not normal to me, and I get concerned about the possibility of it sparking an electrical fire within the wall).
Overall, Joe's Comfort Air did a good installation at a fair price.  They returned more than once to address the temperature and noise issues.

He was wonderfully prompt, courteous and efficient in his work, and fair in in his pricing.  Have his name taped to the system now for all my ac needs.

Joe show up on time for the appointment. After I described my situation and told him what the other contractor recommended. He took the time to check for a leak, which he found no leak at all and the unit in good condition. He did notice a very slight decrease in the freon level and topped it off. He said he will return it two weeks to make sure the level is the same and therefore no real leak. He is honest, professional and save me from being ripped off Do yourself a favor and ask for multiple opinions before spending large sum of money a contractor recommends.
