My house was built in 2010 and since then I am having suprises everyday. Everyday something is getting broke and needing to get fixed. Last week, I found a hole in the flaxstone around my SPA, so I called several companies specialiazed in pools, and all of them told me that the stone the builder used it was bad quality and the work was no done the right way. So I called Berry Home and told them what was going on but like always they claimed they didnt do anything wrong. Please dont get tricked like me with this company !! this is my worse nightmare!!
