Trademark Landscape

We’ve been with Trademark for years. They’ve always been very professional and thorough with amazing creativity. They installed our original landscaping back in 2012 after they came up with a design for us. After several years we decided it was time to spruce up and modify our landscaping. Something they did for us that I was absolutely blown away by was the design concept and then execution of our new patio and fire pit! My wife and I have gone back and forth on a fire pit for years but after meeting with Matt we knew we were ready to move forward with the project. The crew showed up as scheduled although we did have to put the project on hold for a couple of days while receiving a good bit of rain. Matt’s stone mason is a very personable, and chatty, but detail oriented man. He kept us updated on our schedule throughout with emails and phone calls. Something else they did in the past as well as this time is clean up our yard at the end of each day, we’ve had other contractors work at our previous home that would stop work at the end of the day and leave everything out, that’s a big pet peeve of mine. Trademark isn’t cheap but you definitely get quality and professionalism.

The estimate was simple, matt had amazing ideas for our new front and backyard landscaping. I even got a great price right away! Our landscaping looks amazing now and our weekly lawn care never fails to impress!

I went through a few different companies before I found Trademark, none of them seemed to really care and rushed the jobs just to get paid. So much so, that I had been mowing my own lawn for months. I figured that no one is going to care about how my house looks as much as I do, and if I wanted the job done right I'd better do it myself. I first used Trademark after a death in the family took me out of town for a week. I didn't have time to mow before I left and didn't want to look at it when I got back. They were super professional and showed great customer service, I asked for a simple mowing (front and back lawns) and weed whacking (back lawn). They took their time and did a really great job, my backyard is rutted and uneven, it's easy to dig to far into the lawn. After they were done there wasn't one bar spot, plus they took care of a hard to reach area behind my shed that I usually leave. They even edged my driveway. The service was great and the price was fair. I have used them may times since and have no worries recommending them to friends.

After spending a great deal of time researching different landscape companies I created a list of my top choices. I met with each one of them, and came away from those meetings with a clear favorite - Trademark Landscape. I had a great feeling after meeting with Matt that he had a clear understanding of our vision and could carry it out to completion. About a week after we notified them of our choice and sent them a copy of our home's survey (for the designer) they delivered a BEAUTIFUL design and itemized proposal. Everything we discussed in our meeting was in there as well as other things that we hadn't even thought about but I'm happy they included. We were given a window of 10 days for the job to take place as well as a date they would start on. They started on time and finished early! I'd like to point out how great the crew was. They were very polite and professional as well as tidy. They cleaned up the yard at the end of every day, in the past we've had some companies that left things a disaster throughout the course of the job. Before the landscaping work was done we had areas in our yard where water would pool up and stay and the mosquitoes were terrible. The drainage they installed alleviated all of that. It's nice now when we sit outside at our fire pit, especially at night with our new lighting! I'm very happy with our decision to go with Trademark and we will use them in the future for all of our landscaping needs. We also hired them for lawn service. We figured since they did such a great job installing the landscape we should hire them to take care of it. Overall the experience was great and I recommend anyone looking to have landscaping done give them a call. 

These guy's  did a great job.  Called for an appointment and they were able to come to my house the very same day.  My lawn was a mess and had not been mowed or trimmed in a while.  The crew came in and looked like they were organized as they did not spend time chit chatting.  Each person seemed to know their role and they got to it. Would not hesitate to use this lawn service again.

I gave Matt a very complimentary report a couple of years ago.  He was very respnsive and the work was fine.  During the last year I have had to leave frequent messages of everything I wanted done and have received just a few call backs. I requested mulch about 3 months ago and have yet to receive it. The men do a fair job when they get here, but I frquently have to ask for trimming on various bushes and then wait for the next time ,(if he remembers from the message I left). Mat tseems to be preoccupied with a big job that he is trying to get out of town. He does not return calls.
Two weeks ago they cut the grass too short (almost scalping), so I left word NOT to cut it this week. I came home to find it cut and Immediately called to say that I would not pay for it, and severed our relationship. I regret this action, but I can't take the aggravation any longer.

We've used Trademark for about a year now for own lawn service.  I've been very pleased with their service and haven't had any issues.  They auto draft my account too, which makes it easy for bill paying and not having interruptions in service.

Our experience so far with Trademark Landscape has been excellent. Matt came to our house and walked around the yard with us and talked to us about what we wanted to improve and gave us his ideas. We gave him several opportunities to upsell us and he didn't. He suggested mostly using plants we already have and dividing them into two or more to make them look nicer. He also shied away from removing any plants that weren't already dead or dying. He gave us an estimate for both a one-time cleanup and several levels of recurring maintenance. We decided to hire his company for the cleanup and their premium service, which includes beds, bushes, complete lawn, and fertilization. We compared the premium price against paying separate companies for lawn service and fertilization and Trademark was a few hundred more expensive per year, but the convenience of having a single company won us over and we decided to try it for one year.
The day of our lawn cleanup was cold and rainy, but the crew of 5 guys showed up right on time and worked hard until it was dark. They did an extremely thorough job and were very careful. I really can't say enough about how careful and thorough they were. They didn't rush anything; they really took their time and did things right. This is so rare that it really impressed me. They didn't finish in one day (as planned), but rather than rush to get it done, they came back the next morning and finished. Our yard looks great, better than it ever has.
We have so far only had one maintenance session, and I am excited to see how good our yard will look after a year of properly fertilizing it. The price doesn't include mulch, which I was a little disappointed in, but Matt told us that the guys will let us know when it is time to mulch again and we will pay at that time. It really seems like this company knows what they are doing and will let us know what we need to do to keep our yard looking it's best. I am a complete disaster when it comes to plants and I was looking to hire a company with that expertise who I could trust my yard to. I think I have found a good partner in Trademark.

I contacted Trademark Landcape after reading reviews on Angie's list. For the past year, my backyard had been flooding when it rained, leading to flooding in the garage. The other companies who were called either didn't follow up or submitted proposals that were out of my budget.
Dealing with Matt of Trademark Landscape was a pleasure. He returned my call and came to my house a few days later to evaluate the problem. Matt carefully listened to my description of where the water was collecting and other problems  that I was having with the drainage system.  After discussing the situation with Trademark's drainage specialist, Sherman ( who also took a look at  my yard),  Matt called me with a plan and a fair quote.
The work was completed in less time then I had expected and although a lot of dirt had to be dug up, the crew left my backyard in order, hauling away the debris. The workmen, under the direction of Matt and Sherman, knew what they had to do and worked hard to get the job done.
I'm very pleased with the work done by Trademark Landscape and hope to work with them again.

I initially contacted 4 companies for quotes. Trademarks quote wasnt the cheapest but i felt like they were the most capable of all that I spoke with. I was told by Matt (I believe he's the owner) that it would be a 10 day job from start to finish. I thought that seemed a bit long but I accepted their proposal and signed the contract and we set a date to begin work. They started on the day I was told they would and the crews that worked in our yard was very tidy, they cleaned up after themselves at the end of every day. You could see that the crew chief took pride in his work and was very detail oriented. To my surprise they finished up 3 days early. Every thing turned out great and I highly recommend Trademark Landscape when I'm asked who did our landscape. 

One of the best companies I've done business with. Matt is always punctual and a pleasure to deal with, and his team is very friendly and trustworthy. Would definitely recommend Trademark Landscape to everyone. No other business in the area comes close to providing the level of service they did.

We can't live without them. They work hard and always come. If we need extra service they provide it. They are excellent. We have used them for at least four years. They have done other services for us as well.

Trademark did an excellent job at an excellent rate.  They also mowed my front and back yard for 3 months during the summer.  Very pleased with their service.  Also the owner, Matt, is helpful and available to answer questions and give direction when needed. 

Matt showed up when he said he would and installed the drain before I got home.  I had gotten one other price for $1500 so I was very happy with Matt's price.  Very professional and did exactly what he said he would do.  Drain works great!  No more standing water in my backyard!  I would definately use Trademark Landscape again.

They did a really good job with the yard.  They weeded the beds as well and it looks great.  I had a mess on my backporch with crushed granite and they blew it all off for me.  They always close the gates when they are done, and clean up after themselves.

Matt and his crew do a great job. I used to have someone else weed and trim every 6 months and it was expensive and time consuming. Trademark trims and weeds a little each visit to keep the yard looking great without breaking the bank. We also used Trademark to do a Spring trim and mulching and that went snoothly also, and cost about $300 for the whole yard. I highly recommend them.

He completed the job. the work went well, It looks good.

They were not dependable, and they didn't always show up when they were supposed to.

 I have a large yard and no swimming pool.  There were three or four men working. On the next visit they will do more of the trim work.
The owner is very pleasant and easy to deal with.  He aims to please his clients. I am very satisfied and have worked withn him for about five years.

I wanted a lawn maintenance company that would do a better all around job than the one I had and one that would include fertilizer and weed control. I found Trademark Landscape on Angie's List.

On April 9, 2014 I had Trademark replace a root-clogged drain running under my driveway in the backyard. I also had them level a raised 100 sq. yd. garden area and cover it with sod. They did a great job for a total cost of $704 (of which $160 was the cost of the sod).

On April 28  I had them replace another root-clogged drain running under my driveway in the front yard for $460.

Beginning May 5 they have been doing my yard maintenance weekly.  I subscribed to their premium service. This consists of more than the usual mowing, string trimming, and blowing. It also includes spot weed spraying my driveway and around my house, trimming the sides of my tall bamboo hedge, and today they trimmed the yaupon and privet branches that were growing over the edge of my driveway. I have never asked them to do these things, they just see they need to be done and do them. Also with the premium service they will aerate your lawn and fertilize it on an annual fertilization schedule.

Matt Hunter, the owner, is easy to reach and very professional. It is a pleasure doing business with Trademark Landscape.

Trademark Landscaping provided a total yard cleanup and cleanout (front and back) with mulch application.  They also trimmed up all shrubs and trimmed large palm by pool.  We also hired Trademark Landscaping to perform regular yard/lawn care to include a fertilization schedule.  Very happy with the work they do and would trust them to take care of all of our yard/lawn needs.  Very happy with their service.
