Dave and his crew were professional, quick and they even clean after themselves each and every single day.

My parents' empty, for sale house was being broken into by kicking in the back door. This occurred on several occasions. First it was the garage service door. Then it was the back door. They broke the door, then they broke the door frame, then they broke the side with the hinges. Each time, Dave was able to replace the doors and/or door frames after-hours. One time he was there around 9:00pm. Each time he reinforced the frame with a steel brace. I appreciated his doing the work very quickly. I probably either bumped other clients or evening time away from his family. But he understood that this was an anxious time for us and quickly helped secure the property.

Dave and crew replaced the fence around my parents' house. They have apartments behind their house so we had to make sure the fence was tall enough to discourage climbing or tossing of items into my parents' yard. Dave worked with us to determine a good height (pros and cons) plus the cost of each plank size and type.
Nobody was present during demolition or construction, but when Dave said they were done, we found a good clean-up was performed.

I have to say first that we know Dave very well. He and I worked together, play sports together, and socialize.
We met with Dave several times to get measurements and a description of what we wanted. He prompted us several times on things we may not have considered, like door size, position, and type of flooring.
Once everything was decided, the job was scheduled. He and his crew came over in a reasonable amount of time, and installed the flooring and cut the hole for the door. Because we weren't in a huge hurry (and we made him aware of this), he installed quarter-round, door, and frame over the next couple of weeks.
