Furniture - Sales
Star was late on the delivery day and the furniture delivered was scratched during setup. The delivery people used brown markers to try and hide the damage but the damage was very noticeable. Also the delivery was two weeks overdue. Star sells the furniture then orders the funiture for delivery from their vendors. Very little seemed to be in stock. The salespeople were not helpful and couldn't reach anyone in customer service. Didn't seem to have a customer service telephone number. Got the runaround. Would not buy anything else from Star.

Customer Service showed us draperies and followed up with an estimate. Their prices were real good and they explained the different quality of materials and the guarantees. The draperies were scheduled as soon as they were made and the drapery man showed up on time. After he hung the drapes he checked for problems and there was a problem with the drapes, but he fixed it quickly and the drapes were fine. He did a great job, was friendly and polite and the draperies look wonderful.

The sales people were very helpful in assisting us on which blinds to select. We brought photographs in for them to look at, and they gave us a large catalog to choose from. On installation day, the workman brought the blinds and all related hardware with him. He was on time, and personable. The job took about four hours to finish, and what little mess was made he cleaned up. The blinds look fantastic in the living room. They did a real good job making the valances, but they were very pricey
