They kept saying it would be 3-4 days and it went on and on and they never got back with me.  I always had to call them and they always had an excuse.  They were blaming the factory for not getting them the carpet.  I asked a couple times to cancel and they said the carpet had been cut and couldn't cancel.  Then when I went to cancel, I wanted to get my money back and had to get the credit card company involved to get my money back.

I remember it being really reasonably priced and they did a really good job. I was very pleased with them. The workmanship was fine and they worked very quickly. The only compliant was it was a bit of dust that got everywhere. But that was expected.

Roberts Carpet personel were great. The two contractors were very professional and did a great job. We are very pleased with our experience with Roberts Carpet. We will certainly be in contact with them again for future projects.

The experience went quite well. They moved all the large furniture and even helped me move some of the smaller stuff, which they weren't required to do. I thought the price was fair. They moved all the heavy furniture right back where it was. Some of them didn't speak English very well, but they were very professional. When it rained, they made sure the carpet was put in the garage so it wouldn't get wet.

They were helpful in making the selection of the carpet. They moved all of the furniture themselves and moved it back. They were prompt with the installation. Overall, I had a very good experience.

I would HIGHLY recommend this company. I started with Gary at the Gulf Freeway location who was very helpful and then Sherry at the Webster location finalized the order and contract. The installation went very smoothly and the installers were efficient, professional, on time and polite. From the time of purchase to the end of installation was 16 days, which is incredibly fast. I will use this company again.

Roberts Carpet & Fine Floors did a nice job installing the carpet throughout my house. I did not have any problems, and it is pretty good carpet. We moved most of the stuff so they didn't really have to do that. I am satisfied with the job they did. The workers did not leave a mess at all.

The flooring job Roberts did was horrible. The floor is not level in several different spots throughout the living room. They said they would come back to level it. This was done on three separate occasions. Each time they said they repaired the problem, but where they leveled one spot, another spot became un-level. On the third trip, the technician was very rude & refused to fix the problem.

PRICES WERE HIGHER THAN THEIR COMPETITORS AND THEY WERE NOT OFFERING ME ANY DISCOUNTS TO KEEP ME AS A CUSTOMER.

GOOD EXPERIENCE EXCEPT THAT I NEVER RECEIVED THE CARPET PAD. VERBALLY TOLD THAT CARPET PAD CAME WITH AREA RUG, BUT WASN'T WRITTEN ON INVOICE SO THEY DIDN'T GIVE ME ONE.
