Four years ago we purchased an expensive Rainbow Play System with swings, slides, decks, tunnels, and bars.  They installed it and with in the first month the tunnel fell because they did not secure the unit between the two decks.  Then last fall we started to see big carpenter bees but they left during the winter.  This spring they were back in full force. When we called the company they were not helpful and reluctant to do any thing. However, they made an appointment to "check" the unit for $200, with no guarantee they can do anything.  For $150 I had the bees removed. Then Rainbow scheduled twice to come out and inspect the set because carpenter bees bore into the wood and damage the set.  Twice they did not show up.  My issue is there is nothing they tell you when you buy this that this can happen.  The kids are terrified to go near the unit because of the bees.  Secondly, they did not keep appointments and if the wood requires replacement the wood is covered by the lifetime warranty but the shipping and installation are not covered.  I made every reasonable attempt to resolve the issues with Hector, and the company and definitely would NOT recommend this product or business.  This business was Rainbow Swing Set Superstore of Houston,5330 West Sam Houston Pwky North, Houston TX 77041.  It was not in Webster, TX

In December we purchased a playset from Rainbow Play Systems on the Sam Houston Tollway for our grandchildren as a Christmas gift, to be installed, as ordered, a week before Christmas. During installation (not before) we were told that they didn't have all the parts we purchased, but they would be available in 7-10 days. Several weeks later they returned to install one of the parts (wood roof). Since then, after numerous phone calls, they have returned and finished. To make amends for delay, they also added another piece of equipment at no charge. We were frustrated by delay, but pleased that they wanted to make things right. Kids love the play system, very high quality.

Overall the guys did a great job - the price was ridiculous!

I bought a playsystem that had a lifetime guarentee including the service to put it back together when I moved. I moved and it now this company is giving me the run-around. I get shuffled from one telephone number to the next. I am trying to track these people down with 3 kids at home and it is not easy. The last person I spoke with was incredibly rude and hung up. Rainbow had no problems taking my money in the first place. There was no run-around there, but when it came time to honor their commitments they fell way short. Horrible customer service. Avoid this company at all costs.

Everything, other than price, was an absolute was an A+.

THEY DID GREAT WORK. IT WAS A COURTEOUS TEAM OF FOUR. THEY WERE VERY PERSONABLE AND INCLUDED US IN THE PROCESS WHEN NEEDED.

THEY CAME AND INSTALLED THE EQUIPMENT IN ABOUT HALF THE TIME THAT WAS SCHEDULED. WE ARE VERY PLEASED WITH RESULTS.
