I wish the rest of the repairs went so well.
It echoes upstairs now, but after we finish painting, get a few throw rugs, and get the upstairs unpacked again, that will go away.

There was a glitch in that I had hoped to get the carpet installed before Thanksgiving, but the carpet had to be back ordered which delayed it for a couple of weeks.
Because of trying to get in done in a certain time frame, I signed a 6 month short term loan to get the job done on time, then due to the back order, it got delayed anyway.
This short term loan is a problem, probably going to the Attorney Generals Office about it, it was with GE Capital Retail Bank. The loan was paid in full, check cleared my account on 12/11/2012 and the loan papers were signed 10/27/2012. Clearly paid well before the 6 months interest free time period. I started getting bills for GE Capital Retail Bank for $25 charge, never any explanation, it just showed up. I refuse to pay, 3 weeks ago I got a call form someone demanding $250,no explanation so I assumed it was some type of scam, I could not really understand his English at all. Now GE Capital Retail Bank is calling both work and cell phone at least 6 times a day on each phone and leaving messages twice a day, once on each.
Bottom line, I was pleased overall, impressed with the installers, only hesitancy is with their having to back order the carpet without any warning which delayed the schedule for 2 weeks.
However, I would recommend them as long as you pay cash or have your own financing, DO NOT under any circumstances try to finance through their plans, GE Capital Retail Bank is a rip off and when I checked the BBB, they were listed as A+ but had thousands of complaints against them. Most complaints were related to phone harassment.
No problems at all. And the flooring looks great!
"We sincerely apologize for the issues caused by our refinishing crew at the home of Mrs. R. We have terminated employment of this crew and parted ways with them. We have refunded every penny we collected for the labor and the materials for this work because we strive for excellence and did not achieve it. Since this time we have performed dozens of installations with site finish wood and all have been completed to the customer's satisfaction."
