Mr. Manicure returned my call right away and came around to give an estimate. Their prices were very reasonable and they were able to explain the chimney repair process and why it leaked. The chimney repair was scheduled as soon as possible, but the work crew was thirty minutes late. They climbed up on the roof to the chimney and replaced the rotted wood, put the flashing around it and resealed it and painted the wood. They cleaned up all the mess outside and swept the patio. They did a great job and left the yard in good shape.
