I hired George to move me from one house to another - all within 3 miles. While the move went smoothly, they tore my $1300 patio umbrella. George was very apologetic and said he would either have it repaired or use his insurance to replace it. It has now been 3 weeks today, and nothing has been repaired. George is no longer answering my calls, texts, or emails. I am so disappointed as I thought he was a good man and had worked so hard for me. I hate leaving a bad review for anyone, and would not do it if he would have made the repair or replacement. He and his crew worked hard, were very friendly and accommodating of the move (things in and out of storage and the house). Sad it had to end up this way. Do not use this company, there are plenty of others to choose from.
