Vico is one of the few contractors that shows up when he says he will (trust me, we've used a bunch over the years, and hard to find dependable people). His price is always what he says it will be, and if there is going to be a change once work has commenced, he will let you know up front (such as hidden defects/problems), Very good work at a very fair price.
Description of Work: Mejia Services has done a lot of work for us personally as well as for our clients. He has done everything from paint, to woodwork (including flooring), to kitchen & bath remodeling.

Mejia came and sucked up all the water. Then they pulled up all carpet and padding. Even sanitized so we wouldn't have mold. I will continue using their services.
Description of Work: The toilet over flowed in one of my rental homes. Water ran through the entire 1st floor of house.
