Avoid this retailer at all cost! They tout a Houston
manufacture, Golden Mattress and it is an inferior product. We bought a Gentle
Impressions mattress, and after 4 months, it started caving in on both sides.
When faced with questions and concerns about the quality of the mattress, the
salesman seemed to know nothing about nothing. He said they would repair the
mattress which made no sense whatsoever. He immediately became very rude
and  told me to deal with the manufacture.
I told him I bought the mattress from him and I wanted a refund or a credit to
buy a higher quality brand from him.. He said no. From that point on, his
answers and comments were shocking and unbelievable. The last thing he said
was, "go buy a bed from someone else" and he hung up on me! Do your
research!!!   I also saw this mattress
for 300.00 less. Update- After the salesman saw this review, I received a
threatening and harassing phone call from him.. After calling me a vulgar name
he hung up on me once again, We continue to have lower back pain upon
awakening. Mattress is useless.
