Knights Plumbing

Knight's plumbing attempted to clear the drain line by running a snake through my vent line on the roof. This had been done in the past by another company with no problem, While he was running the snake into the vent line he was cursing very loudly. Eventually he came off the roof in a very bad mood and told my wife he would need to pull the toilet to clear the line. He did and while doing so allowed all of the contents in the toilet to flood the bathroom and the closets. We had a very wet and stinky room for about two weeks after WE cleaned up the mess. About a week later the drain clogged again and we decided to call a plumber that came with high recommendations from our neighbors. When he arrived he went up to the vent line on the roof to snake the drain. He came down with picture of the vent line to show us. Evidently when Knight's plumbing was up there he got his snake caught in my plumbing. This is why he was so mad and cussing. Instead of removing the snake he cut it off and let the snake in my plumbing!! I have called them and sent them e-mails about what they plan to do about the snake left in my plumbing with no replies. I would not recommend Knight's plumbing to anyone. I might add, the the second company i called moved some dirt around and found the sewer cleanout right by the area where Knight's plumbing was working. They used that to clean out the line and I have not had any problems since then. Knight's plumbing told me there was not a cleanout and said it would be around 3 to 5K to intstall one.

I was replacing my vanity, and needed the sink disconnected -- or so I thought; what I thought was stuck, wasn't.  After determining that, he went ahead and helped me take out the old vanity carefully so that it could be given to someone else.  Made the job much easier.  He was at my house about an hour after I called -- which was exactly what I needed, since I was halfway through the job.
