Worst experience I have ever had with a vendor - the vinyl floor started looking terrible in less than 3 months. It took over a year to get them to take care of it and it is already looking bad again.
They installed the wrong vinyl type for my slab and then wanted me to spend more money to fix.
The whole saga is too involved but they have mediocre product at mediocre prices and terrible customer service and the installation process is so bad it defies description.
Once they have your money they have little interest in addressing issues you may have with their poor installation and product quality.
Needless to say I will NEVER darken their door again. Using them was one of the most expensive mistakes I have ever made.
