I have had several of my clients use Kim Babineaux, at Home Trust. She actually has been on my lender list for over 20 years and she does an amazing job. I have two buyers that are dealing with them right now. I deal with Kim Babineaux on a regular basis. She does all price ranges. I like her because she is consistent and if she tells me that a buyer does not qualify for a loan then I do not have to worry about it, I just know that it is going to happen.

As a real estate agent it is important to have good service for my clients. Kim is always there to answer all questions and make sure my buyers have a good experience while purchasing their home. Kim will quickly pre qualify a buyer so they can start their home search without delay. She will work to get the buyer the best interest rate available without costing more money. I would recommend her to anyone looking to purchase a home.
