 + -1 moreI have had several of my clients use Kim Babineaux, at Home Trust. She actually has been on my lender list for over 20 years and she does an amazing job. I have two buyers that are dealing with them right now. I deal with Kim Babineaux on a regular basis. She does all price ranges. I like her because she is consistent and if she tells me that a buyer does not qualify for a loan then I do not have to worry about it, I just know that it is going to happen.
Description of Work: Home Trust Co. is my mortgage service provider.

Kim is always there to answer all questions and make sure my buyers have a good experience while purchasing their home. Kim will quickly pre qualify a buyer so they can start their home search without delay. She will work to get the buyer the best interest rate available without costing more money. I would recommend her to anyone looking to purchase a home.

Description of Work: We contacted Senior Loan Officer Scott Medsger for a mortgage refinance loan. Everything was handled in a very professional manner. Scott was always available for questions and made sure the entire process ran smoothly. The pricing was competitive, even with internet lenders, and I always prefer to work with someone local. I recommend him highly.
