The technician answered my call promptly & followed up readily with an estimate & a service call. He was very reasonable with his prices, & was able to explain the specific reason why the refrigerator wasn't cooling & how to avoid unnecessary service calls. The service was scheduled as soon as a day & time were set, & the technician was on time. He checked out the freezer, pulled off the panel, & replaced the thermostat. He cleaned up any mess & did an excellent job. My refrigerator was under warranty, so it didn't cost me anything.
