"Our office manager Ms. Smith had numerous conversations Mr. [Member Name Removed]. Ms. Smith attempted during the numerous conversations to determine his needs. Anytime she asked a question or provide answers to his questions he would become verbally abusive tell her to shut up. His questions did not make any sense and when Ms. Smith tried to clarify his questions, Mr. [Member Name Removed] would become verbally abusive. Ms. Smith would ask Mr. [Member Name Removed] to refrain from being abusive. Mr. [Member Name Removed] made several calls to our office after the initial contact and was verbally abusive and was using foul language. Our answering service also received several calls from Mr. [Member Name Removed], which were recorded, and he had the same abusive foul language with them. I did send Mr. [Member Name Removed] an email confirming that we do not tolerate abusive behavior toward our employees and we would never provide any kind of service for him in the future."
"this member never called us to stop any treatments and we were able to perform the treatments on her lawn and shrubs. The construction never impacted our treatments at any time. We performed her last treatment on 12-12-13 which we never received payment for. We mailed the member four past due letters and twice called her about her past due bill. We never received a response from her. On February 21, 2014 she called and said she cancelled our service the first of September. The only problem with this statement is we treated her lawn and shrubs in September and late October of 2013 both of which she paid for. We credited her account in March 2014 for the past due amount and stop the collection process for the past due. the member call our office the first of June requesting we restart her service. We declined to restart her service because the last treatment was unpaid. Our call log did not show that she had called us at anytime during the months of September, October, November or December. the member stated in her recent call to restart her service she had called to cancel service the first of December which contradicts her statement in February. We would have resolved this problem if she had called in December when she received the invoice or any of the numerous followup from us to resolve the treatment issue..the member chose to ignore all of our attempts until the end of February 2014 when we were sending her to our collection agency. We reserve the right to refuse services to anyone especially when we believe they are not being honest with us."
Don't be fooled by the Fort Bend Consumer Report for best Lawn Service. Don't waste your money on useless treatments like the Fire Ant program and the Brown Patch Treatment because they DON'T work! They supposedly guarantee the Fire Ant Program for a year but when you call them back they take forever to come look at it. Then, it seems like they spray water over them because they don't go away. When I complained about the Brown Patch treatment not working, the thoughtless and rude receptionist said, and quot;well you should have not ordered the serviceand quot;. What kind of response is that? I asked to speak to the manager or owner of the company to dispute an overcharge and it has been a month and I have still not heard from him. I will never use their services again and will not recommend to anyone! You are better off fertilizing your own lawn twice a year (Spring and Fall). This is NOT a professional A rated company!
"Mrs. [member name removed] asked for an estimate for her lawn and for fertilizing her trees. The prices were pre printed on the estimate that was left for her. We only provide fertilizing for trees. We do not treat for borers or fire blight. The estimate was provided on 8/2/13. We did follow up calls on 8/8, 8/12, 8/15 and 8/26. We did reach Mrs. [member name removed] on 8/12 but she could not talk and will call us back. Our technician finally reach her and only talked about her lawn which we indicated on 8/2/13 as being to dry. He could not talk to Mrs. [member name removed] about the condition of her trees as pertaining to borers and fire blight since we do not treat for that nor do we have anyone on staff that is knowledgeable in that area. We do have several arborist that we refer people to who have trouble with trees. Arborists have told us when there is visible damage to trees due to borers is it to late to save the trees."
"Amanda tried to tell (member name removed) that our price stays the same regardless of the condition of the lawn. Our technicians carry all the products necessary to treat the lawn for any problems that we may encounter. Amanda was trying to inform (member name removed) we could arrange for the technician to meet with her before we treated the lawn. (member name removed) was just interested in obtaining another estimate. Chad who performed the first estimate on 5/8/13 felt at the time (member name removed) was trying to find out what she needed to do for her lawn and was not really interested in our service. Chad is our general manager and he told Amanda we did not need to reevaluate the lawn is such a short time frame."
