The experience was fine otherwise we wouldn't go back to them. It was good. They explained the different dryers, my husband chose the second to lowest priced dryer.

Very prompt, excellent repair done. Definitely would hire again if in the area.

I called Best Buy because my Maytag Neptune washer had mold on the inside of it. The washer was still under warranty and the technician was able to explain the mold problem around the seal, but this type of washer is not manufactured anymore. The repair was scheduled as soon as a day was agreed on and the technician showed up on time. He checked out my washer and diagnosed it as a bad seal inside the tub, so he ordered a new seal and it was sent to me. He came back after the new part was delivered and installed it for me. He did a very good job, and followed up with a phone call to see how the washer was doing.

Best Buy came out the day we called them. The serviceman was a very nice gentleman and did a good job. He brought all the right tools. Our refrigerator doesn't leak any more. I am happy with the work. The work was done under warranty.

Best Buy finally returned my call and told me to bring in my desktop computer for repair. Their prices were a little high, but it was the most convenient place to go. The computer repair was scheduled right away and I took my computer to them. They kept the computer for two weeks and I thought it took to long to repair it. They did a good job, but I had to continuously call them before they would call me back.

The technicians in the computer service department at Best Buy, were very knowledgeable about the damage viruses can do to a hard drive if you dont keep an eye on it. After the hard drive was replaced, they spent a lot of time with me trying to explain how to avoid this in the future. I was given a small booklet to learn more and was advised to contact them within one month to see how things were progressing. I learned enough from them that the problem has not recurred.

Best Buy took my call right away & told me to bring my computer in to be repaired. I took the computer in, & they turned it on, looked at it, & said it was a user error. They didn't give me any help, tell me what I should do about it, or tell me what was really wrong with it. When I took the computer home & turned it on, it stayed up for ten minutes & then the screen went blank again. I feel like I paid a service charge for nothing, & I would not recommend them to anyone.

Best Buy sent a technician out to check our computer. It turned out to be a bad hard drive. The computer was given a new one & was re-formatted by the technician. He was very helpful in explaining everything to us. We did lose some data, but that was not his fault. We did not purchase the PC from Best Buy, but we may purchase our next one from them.
