Excellent service from Scott Toomes. I had a few small issues with the service department but Scott straightened them out as soon as he got wind of the issues.

CompUSA returned my call eventually and gave me an estimate to repair my computer. I had an extended warranty, but the clauses and loopholes weren't explained, so I had to pay for the repair myself. I took my computer in, they had it for a week and kept repairing it. Everytime I called them, it still wasn't ready. They never returned my calls and the computer still doesn't work right. I will never take a computer to them again.

Comp usa were a very good service. The technicians there are very knowledgeable and assess your problem quickly. They explained the problem to me and what it was going to take to fix it. They did a great job. They had my computer back to me quickly.
