I AM 100% SATISFIED. THEY GAVE ME AN ESTIMATE AT NO CHARGE BEFORE PERFORMING THE WORK SO I DIDN'T FEEL PRESSURED TO HAVE IT DONE THERE. THE PRICE FOR REPAIRS WERE REASONABLE AND THE TV/VCR WORKS PERFECTLY NOW.
