It was something real minor; it was like $300 to fix everything. He very quickly figured it out and fixed it right there on the spot. I did end up calling them again. It had nothing to do with what he did the first time he came, it was just something that happened to burn out. He went out to my AC and what looked like a skinny coke can device had burned up, it stopped working. He figured it out real quick and happened to have the part, so he fixed it, replaced it and made sure it was working and that was it. It was all set. A+ all the way across on everything.

I called Cody around 4pm on a Saturday. Despite an already full schedule he agreed to come out. He arrived around 8pm and finished by 9pm. He quickly diagnosed the problem and explained in detail what work would be done. He also spent time giving me tips on how to prevent the problem from occurring in the future. I was very appreciative of Cody agreeing to come out on such short notice and so late on a Saturday night as my family and I were schedule to leave town early the next morning.

Jeremy was great! He went right to work and did a wonderful job! SIDE NOTE: However the cats are disappointed because the kitchen faucet doesn't drip anymore! >^-.-^<

Our air conditioner went out late Thursday night. I called on Friday morning based on the companies reviews. (This was the Friday before July 4th). Those reviews were absolutely correct. Cody came out Friday afternoon and was able to tell us exactly what needed to be done and how much it would cost. He indicated that his crew had been with the company quite a while and were trained and competent. Cody also indicated that he would be at our home with the exception of picking up a few miscellaneous parts throughout the entire installation. He was here and supervising the entire time. At the same time he replaced our air conditioner, he also replaced our hot water heaters. I felt extremely comfortable with the entire crew. The job was started and finished on time and my home was left in the same condition it was when the job was started. Although we interviewed another company, we chose Bay Area and would do so again anytime. The professionalism of the company and the value for the money cannot be beat. As an aside, our neighbor came down and asked Cody if he could fix their air conditioner as they had a baby. They had called and no one could come until after the 4th. Cody made sure their air conditioner was repaired so that their baby did not have to be in a hot home over July 4th. This company cares about their customers and their customers neighbors.

We took multiple bids and Cody's combination of price and equipment installed was the best choice. While diagnosing our AC, he noticed rust at the bottom of our water heaters. Using the Angie's List coupon, we were able to get the water heaters as well. His team was on time and very efficient, finishing the job in the estimated time. In the past, Cody serviced our old ACs, that's why we called to get an estimate for the replacements.

My AC was on the blink and they were quick to come out. Jeremy, the tech that came was very courteous and professional. After hiring them to fix my ac which was just a matter of adding some Freon I found out he was 3 times higher with his charge for freon (R12) and I would call around and get more prices first!

It was excellent. The price was excellent. I was ecstatic. It was an emergency call. He was there within 2-3 hours. He told me what I needed to do. He made us comfortable and in less than 24 hours I had a new water heater. It took 2-3 hours to replace. They completed it in 2 hours. They cleaned up perfectly.

Wow, what a pleasure to deal with this company. Great customer service by Cody with upfront pricing. I knew what was broke and he made sure the correct part was on the truck (and OEM, not universal) before arriving on site. He even checked to see if it was under warranty and filed a warranty claim (I didn't even consider that it might still be under warranty). The repair was within hours and the technician Jeremy was professional and courteous. This company will have all of my HVAC business from now on.

It went grear. They arrived quickly, and it took no time at all before the part was replaced and the a.c. was running smoorhly again.

I had not used Bay Area A/C but decided to try them based upon the previous reviews. I was not disappointed, Cody arrived as promised and looked over my two A/C units which I had not had serviced in a few years. He found numerous issues including a air duct that had not been reconnected by a previous contractor - yes I was blowing cold air into the attic space.. After discussing the repairs versus a replacement of one of my older A/C systems we arrived at an agreement where a new system was installed and all issues repaired (including the original call out) for a very reasonable price. I was impressed with Cody for his promptness, attention to detail, and the quality of the work he and his team performed.

I am very pleased with their work. I have had them out twice. They come quickly, are very professional and even send thank you notes. They put booties on their feet so they don't track anything in your house. They are very helpful and provide great information. We had a major clog in the drain in the sink. We had a $25 coupon that we were able to use towards the service.

They fixed our air conditioning as it wasn't working very well. I was having company coming into town and need to put freon in the unit. They were very prompt and courteous. The owner even came out with his workers. They were very knowledgable and I felt the price was fair. I was very pleased with their services.

Cody came out and gave us a great deal on a new system. They replaced the entire unit the next day! They were clean, hard working, and obviously detail oriented. The new system is bigger, quieter, cools faster, and can connect to Wi-Fi. This is the second job Cody has done for us and we could not recommend him more!

Excellent service by Cody and his crew. They went above and beyond the work of what other companies were going to provide, did so at an excellent price and also were personable and easy to work with. Cody was very knowledgeable, explained the options and setup so anyone could understand and he personally walked me through everything that was installed post-installation. Would highly recommend Bay Area.

Cody and his crew arrived promptly Saturday morning, ready to work. They were kind enough to do the job on a Saturday because I have an in daycare so kids are there during the week. While they were there they were quiet and respectful. At times I would look outside to see if the truck was still there because it was so quiet. Before they left, they checked to make sure the A/C and heating was working properly and then picked up all the tools and old unit and left. They were done in less than 5 hours! Sunday night the garbage disposal backed up and Jeremy was at the house Monday morning at 8:30 to fix it. He was efficient and patient during his time there, which is difficult when there are 10 toddlers watching you and 3 infants crying, but he was great! Fixed the problem, cleaned up and was gone before the morning snack time. I will definitely be using Bay Area A/C and Plumbing for all of our plumbing and A/C needs in the future and have already told friends and family about the great work they did!

I used Bay Area A/C Heating & Plumbing LLC to install a gas line in my home to my kitchen stove and also to the clothes dryer area. I felt good about having them do the work as they know the installation codes and would make a safe installation. Cody & Jeremy did a fine job installing the gas line. Then they arranged for the city inspector to look at the installation (it passed!) They also installed a new tub/shower valve which required going through one of my walls. During the project they managed through issues typical of older homes such as mine: routing around structural members, tight spaces, etc. They even came back later to help with details of the gas hook-up for my stove, and then they installed the stove! Now I have gas service in my kitchen (since CenterPoint has completed their part outside my home)! Along the way Cody & Jeremy were responsive to my many questions. They are always friendly, considerate & polite and work to a safe and quality installation. I have used Bay Area A/C Heating & Plumbing LLC several times already for various needs, and I will definitely use them again. Plumbing, mechanical.

Extremely well done. A natural gas leak was unexpectedly discovered by the customer in another appliance and was repaired on the spot. The crew cleaned up very well upon completion of the job. I was very favorably impressed by the professionalism of Jeremy and Cody.

Bay Area AC Heating and Plumbing have been to my (aging) home for several different situations and have gone above and beyond to repair my Air Conditioner, Furnace and Plumbing problems. Cody is very knowledgeable and generous with options to repair/replace whatever the problem may be. He has always been very prompt and helpful. I highly recommend him and his company.

Bay Area AC & Plumbing is an exceptional company! Cody gave me an excellent deal on my unit!! I received a number of estimates with lower quality and minimal efficient units for more money but Cody was straight forward and able to beat all competitors. I needed my old unit totally replaced along with ductwork and vents, and all my potable water plumbing to be repiped with pex from front to back. They even move an old spigot and updated my washer connection hardware. He even offered warranties for the labor and parts. I was having other work done to my home and Bay Area AC was able to come and knock out all the AC/heating & plumbing work very promptly and professionally, and within the hectic scheduling of all the contractors! Cody and his men were a pleasure to have worked on my home.

Jeremy called before to confirm the appointment time. He arrived on time. He did a complete evaluation first. He explained the problem and offered a replacement solution. He had the equipment on the truck and was able to begin immediately. He offered suggestions on how to protect the underside of the cabinet from any future water damage from pipes. He completed the process and was done in about one hour from arrive to departure. Jeremy was friendly and knowledgable about plumbing and equipment. He upgrade the disposal from a 1/3 horsepower to a 1/2 horsepower disposal. I will use them in the future to service our A/C.

Great!!! Cody provided the kind of service I wish all contractors would provide. This was my first interaction with Cody and his company, Bay Area AC Heating and Plumbing LLC. I called him Monday morning, December 5, 2016, and by early afternoon he was on-site performing the desired check-up/tune-up. I really like Cody's philosophy of limiting his services to the southeast side of Houston in order to be more available to his customers. He has what appears to be a strong work ethic and is one of the most easy going and friendliest people we have had the opportunity work with. As far as I'm concerned, Cody's company is my go-to service provider for any future AC, heating, or plumbing issues I encounter.

Okay, he told me the air conditioner was fine - it is only 2 years old and didn't have a problem. My problem was the circuit breaker to the ac. He also recommended someone to come and look at the AC's circuit breaker. Explaining to us that the circuit breaker could be faulty.

Very professional with Quality work

The removal and installation went well. Arrived on time, (actually early). They identified a leak in my roof where the vent from the water heater exited, and have probably saved me further damage from the leak. Something I did not notice and had assumed the water in the drain pan was from the water heater. Either way I got the water heater replaced and have a roof repair guy coming today to look at the roof. All in all a Professional, efficient and well done job. No complaints.
