A-L HOME INSPECTIONS

My husband and I had a home we are considering buying inspected. The price was $400.00 for a home a little over 3,000sq.ft., and this price reflected a termite inspection as well. I called on a Friday afternoon, asking for a Saturday morning inspection. Randy wanted to double check that he could accommodate this to his schedule, and said he would get back with me. He called back no more than an hour later, stating he would be able to work us in. I was very impressed, especially being that I asked for an appointment in less than 24 hours. Randy, and his associate, arrived right on time, and began work instantly. We had expressed that we were first time home buyers, and they walked us through the entire home, every single time they saw something that was not as it should be. They did not sugar coat anything for us. The instructed my husband how he might preform any minor repairs that arose during the inspection. There was not a stone un-turned, and we felt that they did a very thorough job. We will use this company in the future!
