Carpet looked much better and smelled fresher.  It was not soaking wet for days, which I really like.  Thought the service techs and the office were extremely professional.  Were kind to my animals which I tried to keep out of the way, but always manage to sneak past me for a chin scratch from the guys.  And I believe that is important when someone is in your home to provide a service.   Therefore, I will most definitely be calling them again anytime I need my carpets cleaned. We were well pleased and thought they did an excellent job.

Start to finish: Total pros at what they do! I spoke with Linda in the main office to schedule an appointment. She explained their whole process and what I could expect from start to finish. She asked what my needs were and answered any and all questions I had thoroughly. Eric and James arrived on-time, and promptly got to work. They had us show them the areas we needed cleaned, explained to them that we were getting the house ready to be sold. They measured the rooms, and gave us a 3 tiered estimate that included all the options they offered so we could pick and choose a service at a price point we were comfortable with. After that was all settled, they set to work. James and Eric are a well oiled team! They worked consistently and diligently for almost 4 hours on our carpet!  Our carpet is 12 year old, builder grade, basic beige carpet. It has been well worn, played on, and stained by our family of 5 and 2 different dogs. It was bad. Eric and James agreed that it was in rough shape. It looks awesome now! Now, not all the stains came all the way out, and I expected that. However, that's only a couple really deep ones,the majority of my carpet looks fresh, smells great and really makes the rest of the house feel clean and presentable. That makes a big difference when trying to sell a home.

We had many stains on our high quality 10 years old carpet from 3 kids and 2 dogs.   The carpet was steam cleaned about 18 months ago.  The steam cleaning was about half the price of ChemDry.  BUT the results were worth the money.  They got out stains that were still there from the last time the carpet was steam cleaned.  Over all very happy with the results.  I will use them again.

They came out and performed the service. They are very informative in their job. Explained each step and why it was being done. They were exceptional. I would recommend them.

Called to ask if he could come a little early.  Gave three different options for levels of cleaning and their prices.  He immediately went to work and completed the job in a very short time.  Rug looked & smelled clean after drying.  Took only 4 hours before we could put back all the furniture. Very happy with results and will use them again.

Jeff was the technician and I must say he was SUPER.  He arrived with a smile on his face and ready to work.  He looked
at the carpets, told me what he could do and off to work he went.  For the two rooms it took him about 2 hours and the
carpets looked brand new when he finished.  The house smelled great, too.  He even dust mopped my hardwood floors
on the way out.  He said "I like to leave a place cleaner than what I found it."  How's that for service?  I could have gotten
carpet cleaning done much cheaper but the carpets would have stayed wet for 24 hours and I don't think I'd find a 
worker as friendly and diligent as Jeff.  No wonder they call it A-Mazing Chem Dry.  They truly are!!!

They did a good job and left the house in great order. I did not feel that all the residue from the steaming of the bathroom floor master bedroom got picked up - floor felt gritty afterward. On the other hand, it went well. Carpet still had furniture marking of the people who moved out's furniture which I thought would not still be there when cleaning was complete. I felt that the price for the cleaning of the drapes (6 double windows for $800 or there about) was a little bit steep. They were cleaned while hanging so did not involve any pleating etc.

The company gave me a 30 minute heads up call.  The service technician was right on time.  He measured and looked at the different areas to be treated and explained to me the 3 service choices and what the cleaning would accomplish.  He moved the pieces of furniture that I wanted moved.  His price quote was very close to the phone quote that I received when I made the appointment.  He did not try to hard sell me on anything.  I told him precisely what I wanted done and he priced the job accordingly and explained the price differences to me.  He was here about 3 hours.  He was extremely polite and helpful.  I was very pleased with the results.  All of the really bad stains were gone.  I would definitely use this company again and recommend them to others.

I received a confirmation call on Fri since my appointment was Monday. The gentleman arrived on time and explained their service and the 3 packages offered and the plan prices. No pressure to buy extra this or that. I like their system as it is fast drying (1 1/2- 2 hrs) and safe for people and pets as well as a "green clean" method. Carpet looked like new when he left.

I thought they were very good at communciating to me what they were offering to do and what my options where. They were prompt. The did a good job.

I was extremely pleased with this company. When I called, Louis thoroughly explained the different cleaning packages they offered.  I selected their premium package which included cleaning, application of their protectant, and application of anti-bacterial/sanitizer. James and Jeff arrived on time, were very professional and courteous, and really exceeded my expectations.  They made our old carpets look and smell so much better than I would ever have expected would be possible.  I highly recommend this company.

Called on a Wednesday and they were able to come out on Friday.  The manager and his (very polite) son estimated the cost and explained in detail the work they would perform.  I've used Chem-Dry previously in a different city in my former home and liked the product so didn't hesitate to use the company again.  They were thorough, quick and really helpful with moving things I couldn't manage on my own.  The job was done quickly and as with previous Chem-Dry processes, gave great results.  We have nearly very light colored carpeting with some noticeable traffic patterns.  The Chem-Dry folks made it look like new.  One of the benefits of their process is that there really is NOT any residue left.  Not only is the dirt removed but all the odors are gone, too.  I highly recommend this company and will use them again in the future. 

It went very well. The gentleman that came to the house was very professional and competant. He appeared at the appointment time; the price was exactly what I expected. Now some 5 months later, the carpet still looks good. I am very satisfied with their work.
