I tried to call and right off the bat he was very rude and disrespectful, I asked if he could make me a key and he rudely said that it has a chip and would need to be programmed. I said that this car was very simple and you just left the key turned in the ignition for 10 minutes. He got belligerent with me and angrily said if I knew everything I don’t need a locksmith. He blocked my number and when I called on my girlfriend’s phone to apologize because I meant no offense he said I’m not doing business with you and hung up. SO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS MAN. He is extremely disrespectful and I would not want to support someone like that financially. It was extremely offensive and I still can’t find someone to make a key. Very unprofessional.

Travis came the same day we called. Very nice guy who does quick work, honest, and helpful. His price was less than half of another company we called. I would certainly use him again.

It was great. Travis pulled into my driveway in a professionally labelled vehicle. He repaired 3 locks and diagnosed the problem with my key, which he solved by making me a new key right there in his van.

Travis arrived promptly at 9 am to re-key our entire property.  This included 2 houses and a shop. 

Several of the doors were sticking just a bit; Travis very kindly worked on the hinges and/or put graphite in/on any locks needing.  So, we had a service call at $40, 19 cylinders changed at $10, and 15 new keys at $2, and with tax our total was $281.45

This is Travis' 3rd visit to our home over the many years, and we could not be happier with his service.  Point him in the direction, he'll be working unless he needs you.

We love having a secure, local source for such sensitive work on our home.

THEY DID A GREAT JOB AND WERE AT OUR HOUSE WITHIN 30 MINUTES OF CALLING. THEY WERE EXTRA QUICK, THEY WERE ABLE TO OPEN THE CAR WITHIN 5 MINUTES. VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL.
