JOE TROTTER ARRIVED ON TIME AND READY TO WORK. HE WAS FRIENDLY, PROFESSIONAL AND INFORMATIVE ON HOW WE COULD AVOID PROBLEMS IN THE FUTURE. HE WENT WELL BEYOND THE 'CALL OF DUTY' DURING OUR PLUMBING REPAIRS.

DID A GREAT JOB. TRIED TO FIX A LEAK IN THE TANK OF OUR TOILET, BUT WAS UNSUCCESSFUL AND HAD TO REPLACE THE TOILET. TYL DID AN EXCELLENT JOB OF TRYING TO SAVE ME MONEY BY ATTEMPTING TO REPAIR THE TOILET, BUT DIDN'T OVER CHARGE ME WHEN IT WAS DETERMINED IT WOULD NEED TO BE REPLACED.

THE OWNER OF THIS COMPANY IS A VERY FINE BUSINESS MAN. THEY STAND BEHIND THEIR WORK AND DO AN EXCELLENT JOB AT A FAIR PRICE. I HAVE HAD NO PROBLEMS WITH THE WORK THEY DID TO FIX THIS LEAK.

JOE DID AND EXCELLENT JOB. HE WAS ABLE TO ASSES AND FIX MY PROBLEM WITH THE OVERFLOW DRAIN FOR MY AIR CONDITIONER WHERE ANOTHER COMPANY WAS NOT. HE FIXED MY OUTSIDE FAUCETS AND REPLACED BROKEN PARTS.
