TOTALLY CLEAN CARPETS

NOT HONEST...The office-lady/owner told my wife and I the charge was $1.25 per square foot to clean our throw-carpets. We said yes come out and do it. After the work was done, she told the worker to charge us a minimal charge of $150 for the two carpets. I told the owner I would only pay the $1.25/sf and the total was $115. She had a very nasty attitude and threaten to call the police on us. NOT PROFESSIONAL AND THEY DO NOT HONOR THEIR WORD. The quality: They cleaned the carpets on the concrete in the driveway. The machine sucked the dirt from the concrete through the through the carpet and when the carpets dried, their was brown areas in the formerly white carpet. EXTREMELY BAD EXPERIENCE AND WHEN I CALLED BACK, THEY REFUSED TO MAKE IT RIGHT.

We have used this company multiple times over 10+ years. They do great work, and are courteous and on time. One time, we had a carpet spot come back. They quickly came back and remedied the problem.

Our appointment was set for 1:00. They were running a little late but called and explained why and asked if that would create a problem. It did not and they were only about 30 minutes behind schedule. They were a young married couple and immediately went to work. We showed them the stains and they pretreated them and explained to us what they would be doing. They even measured the floors and we knew exactly what our fee would be before they even started! They were very polite and even put towels down on our hardwood floors so as they went in and out would not track up the floors. Would definitely use them again! Have already recommended them!

It went well. They were professional and completed the task in a relatively short period of te. The major complaint we had was the cost.

I bought a used residence in November and I had this company clean and remove stains from 3 bedrooms. They did an excellent job and saved us from having to buy new carpet for a couple of years. The carpets looked new and smelled great. They were unable to completely remove a large stain in the white carpet in a bedroom closet, so they did not charge me for their extended effort. Truth be told, I really couldn't see the stain after they finished. They are an honest, hard working company and I will use them again for my July 4th party. I'm going to try their tile cleaning service next time too. Highly recommend.

They did an amazing job.  We just purchased this lake house.  The carpet is over 30 years old and had never been cleaned.  I took photos during the cleaning and it is amazing to see the difference.  They don't just take the surface dirt off, they actually deep clean.  The carpets look and smell new now! 
The price they charged was based on actual square footage which they measured on-site.  The end price was less than the estimate they had given us over the phone. 
They were so professional and so sweet.  They even came out on New Years Day to accommodate our schedule.  I wouldn't use anyone else and HIGHLY recommend them!!! 

My first phone call to them, she was very nice, answered all my questions. and set up an appointment to suit me and my time. All my bedroom carpets are a light ivory color. i have kids and 2 yellow labs. They all are allowed everywhere in the house, my dogs sleep in our bedroom and over time the carpets get dirty nappy and spotty. One of my dogs got sick (bad diarrhea) on 2 of our area rugs and again in our bedroom. It was so nasty I had no clue what to do, luckily Totally Clean was coming out the next morning. In the mean time I had this mess, well I called them at 7am day before our appt. asked if they could come asap.Understandably they couldn't, but told me what to do, till they got here next morning. IT WORKED, the smell was gone, even though the mess was still there it was tolerable. The next morning they were on my front porch a minute or two early, and went right to work.. Avery nice family owned business, a husband and wife that took the bull by the horns. Half way thru cleaning our master rm. I was asked to come take a look, I was shocked, there was this half of carpet that looked brand new, the half that hadn't been cleaned yet was black and NASTSY! I have never seen that before, it was huge. Even the big spot were my poor pup got sick was gone!  I asked how can they clean so well and not the other carpet cleaners I have used in the past. His response was, its the size of their truck mounted motor. can't remember what size he said it was, but big enough to suck all the years nasty stuff out. I never thought to ask about the motor size makes perfect sense. my carpets looked great again the house smelled fresh and my area rugs are on the floors again instead of the trash. Will I use them again, ABSOLUTELY!!!!

They showed up when they said they would. They finished the work and the price was good. They were an honest company.

Very nice folks. Did a super job. My carpets look awesome. I will hire them again when I need carpet cleaning. The final bill was actually lower than was quoted originally. How often does THAT happen!

IT WAS VERY GOOD AND I WOULD TELL A FRIEND ABOUT THEM. THEY WERE COSTLY, BUT FOR WHAT ALL THEY DID AND THE OVERALL TURN OUT IT WAS WORTH IT. ANY OTHER COMPANY WOULD HAVE CHARGED THE SAME IF NOT MORE.
