TEXAS BUTANE CO INC

Horribly. I was a former customer of theirs up until some time in 2016. Just as this weather emergency in Texas was starting, I called them on Sunday February 14 to ask for propane because I had run out. The woman I spoke with responded with, "Oh, I see you used to be a customer but you haven't bought from us since 2016. Yes, we have propane but we won't be providing you any." As a result, I had to weather rolling power blackouts with no heat, and no water (due to frozen pipes) in my house in single digit temperatures for two days until a kind neighbor took me in to ride out the weather. I am a single female who lives alone in a rural area.

I THINK THEY WERE WONDERFUL. I COULDN'T ASK FOR BETTER CUSTOMER SATISFACTION. THEIR GUYS THAT CAME OUT WERE VERY INFORMATIVE AND HELPFUL. THEY SURE KNOW THEIR STUFF.

MR RAZHU WAS POLITE AND PROFESSIONAL. HE PRESENTED AN OPTION TO KEEP MY PROPANE TAKE FULL WHEN HE WAS IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD. VERY NICE AND COURTEOUS MAN.
