Take 5 Cuts

Take 5 Cuts did a good job, but they elected not to continue to do our yard because it was too large (1 acre) and they did not have time to do it.
We are not sure of the exact date of the service... we think sometime in May.

They are great to work with and they do a very good job.

We have used Take 5 Cuts for so many months now that it is has become quite routine. The owner of the company always verifies with us exactly what we want done when he is undertaking a new or seasonal project. He lets us know if there is some reason that he will be detained in completing a particular task. For the regular yard maintenance during the spring, summer and fall of the year, the crew comes out on the pre-arranged schedule that we have set up with the company. Often, we are not even at home when they arrive, but we have always been satisfied with the work they have done. If there should ever be anything that we felt had been left undone or could not wait until the next scheduled time, we are confident that all we need to do is call the company and they would attend to it ASAP. It has been such a blessing to our family not to have to worry about our yard, especially during the hot Texas summer months.

They are due to come out this week to do our first manicuring for the season. I was very impressed with them. We have a good piece of property. He charged for mowing and it was a pretty heavy job of mowing when he first did it. So, he charged $60 for everything including the weed eating and edging. I thought that the price was very fair for the amount of terrain that we have. We own almost two acres, but he did it for a little bit more than half acre. We just started using him towards the end of the season last year. He came out two or three times then. We are going to try to set it up so that he comes every other week beginning this week and we have to see how that works out. I have been fortunate to have them. They have been on time. If they weren’t able to get here, then they gave me a call. They were thoroughly professional and did a good job. I think they are very reasonable in their pricing as well. I would use their services in the future too.
