It started off great! They were pretty punctual and and quot;finishedand quot; only 4 weeks after they said it would take. However, there are issues with the work. Grout falling out of the bathroom tile, ever-enlarging cracks around the sink and a corner which is a real eyesore. I admit I really didn't make a good inspection, so I must take some responsibility for the mistakes. However, I have been unable to get them to come correct the errors and they have not returned my phone calls. The one time he did come out to fix some tile, he couldn't because and quot;his crew didn't pack his tile cutter!and quot; All I ask is that the repairs be made. Unfortunately we have no paperwork - a and quot;handshakeand quot; and a verbal three year guarantee were supposed to be enough.Basically, they made a good start, but when it came to finishing and follow-up, it's a mess!

They completely tore out our old and deteriorating bathroom and it now looks fantastic. I used their sample boards to pick materials and colors, as I am not able to go shopping. They have a really good selection and were able match colors and incorporate materials. They repaired structural and decorative exterior wood. They were always ready to comply with what we needed.

Great quality of carpet, done in one day, everyone involved was very easy to work with. Mr. Jones is right there helping the whole time and making sure things are done correctly. Couldn't ask for a better company to fix all my repairs at the office or my home. We have used this company several times and have been pleased with each project. Will definatly use him again and will refer him to others.
