They did an awesome job.  The service was outstanding.  They were fast, courteous and they did an awesome job.  I have never had a more positive experience with anybody.  They were fast once they started it.  They finished up very quickly and they cleaned up very well.  The finished product is also liked by my neighbor.

Mr. Stuart was very knowledgeable about the soil in our area and what plants to use for west facing gardens. He knew what type of nutrients we needed. They grow plants specifically for this area.   He also knew which trees to plant and when to plant them.  This is full service nursery. They grow the trees, plant them, and guarantee them. We will us  them in the fall to have trees planted on our property.

Most died; we were told that we did not water enough.  Judy (owner) told us that if we had a three-gallon plant planted, it required three gallons of water per day!!  Not true according to another landscaping company.  They refused to replace the vines.  Husband replanted everything that died and what he planted is fine.  Seems that the people who do the planting just drop the hard root ball into the hole in the ground.  Unfortunately, I would not use them again, which is a shame as Pete is very nice.

Beds were weeded and plants were placed. No mulch was placed, as it was supposed to be. Instead he planted some ground cover that all died within 3 wks. %50 of all "gaurenteed" plants died and were not replaced despite many phone calls. Instead of decomposed granite he dumped gravel for the dog run which clogged the drains. Refused to fix it. I tried for months to try to get him (Paul) to make things right. Truly the worst experience I have ever had with any product/service

   On March 12 Paul Simpson, owner Stuart Nursery, came to my home to give me an estimate.I needed sprikler repair, plants,mulch, and a dog run put in.    He looked at the dog yard and said" Grass won't work. They will tear it up. I'll put in decomposed granite. This is not gravel. You water it down and it packs hard. These dogs won't be able to dig through it".    His price was $7000. A handshake deal. He gauranteed his plants for one year..     He removed the old mulch but did not install any new      He did not install DG. He installed gravel, and then plead ignorance, or just lied.(I'm not sure wich)  It is totally torn up, has clogged the drain Looks terrible . Many of the plants died, he has not replaced them.    Repeated requests. His response," I am NOT going to remove that gravel and put in DG. I will bring more gravel if you want."    No offer to replace plants or mulch.    Now to his credit he did fix the sprinklers and many of the plants still live    Lesson learned. Get it in writing.

THE WORKERS ARE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT PLANTS AND FLOWERS BUT THEY ARE A LITTLE HIGH PRICED. THE ARE VERY HELPFUL IN KNOWING WHAT GROWS GOOD IN MY TYPE OF SOIL IN THE AREA THAT I LIVE IN. THE HAVE A BEAUTIFUL STORE.

THE SALES MAN CAME OUT AND HELPED ME DESIGN A BEAUTIFUL ROCK WATER FALL AND FISH POND TO BE THE FOCAL POINT IN MY BACK YARD. ONCE IT WAS DESIGNED THE WORKERS CAME OUT AND BUILT IT EXACTLY AS IT WAS DESIGNED. THEY DID A BEAUTIFUL JOB AND EVERYONE THAT COMES OVER ALWAYS COMPLEMENTS ME ON IT. IT REALLY MADE A DIFFERENCE IN MY BACK YARD AND HAS MADE IT A NICE RELAXING PEACEFUL PLACE.
