Mediocre service & missed a transmission leak that almost ruined my vehicle. Even I could see there was a leak & informed them of it, but they couldn't find it. Took vehicle to another company where they found & repaired the leak in less than a day. Don't use this dealership if you don't have to.

BAD! The tail lights were put on this car with one screw and a metal tension clip which fit into a flimsy plastic slot in the lens housing which cracked. An INCREDIBLY bad design flaw. The service advisor could have cared less. When I asked if they could see if Chrysler would pay for this obvious design flaw in a two year-old car, he wasn't even willing to try stating "I don't care who pays me as long as I get paid!--Do you want the work done or not?" This is quite typical of the "I don't care" arrogant attitude of service advisors at this dealership. We will not go to this dealership EVER AGAIN. In fact, we were so disgusted with the service and attitude here that we have vowed to never buy another Chrysler vehicle!! Chrysler dealerships don't seem to care the least bit about their customers after the sale--"sell em and forget em"! The end result is that folks simply will buy another brand. Is it any wonder Americans are buying foreign? We sold our PT in total disgust and bought a Honda where the car AND the service are FANTASTIC!!
