Robert responded within an hour and gave a very reasonable quote. After he started work we asked if he could redirect water from the back of the house; he agreed. He started as scheduled & removed the drive the 1st day. Then it started raining and raining. The hole where the drive was filled and came close to flooding the house & there was a continual mud flow down the street. To Robert's credit, he called regularly and pumped the water out several times, but then it rained again. The real problem was that Robert severely underestimated how much the side drive would have to be cut to accommodate the redirection of the water from the back of the house. The side drive ended up more than a shocking 15" lower, resulting in our added cost of having another contractor install an expensive retaining wall. None of this was made clear to us in the beginning. Also, he had to remove & repour some areas due to delivery timing, and now that area is already scaling/chipped. Would not rehire.

THEY WERE EXCELLENT. I COULD NOT HAVE ASKED FOR A BETTER COMPANY. I WILL RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYBODY THAT I KNOW OF THAT NEEDS CONCRETE WORK. THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS EXCELLENT AND THEY ARE ON TIME.
