Pressure Pro Fence & Deck Staining

The company never returned my phone call.

Wife and I tried to stain our deck. It's about 10 years old and was in haggard shape. Thanks to our attempts at becoming deck professionals, we applied a heavy stain and low and behold, it didn't stick after a few weeks. Aaron let me know that they needed to bring out some heavy duty remover to strip the fresh coats that we laid off. It was a two day process, consisting of a removal/cleaning day and a stain application day. Waylon came out the first day and did the removing and power washing, he was professional and prompt. Two days later, Aaron and Waylon came in and stained the deck with the quickness. I was really surprised at how a job of removing and adding stain from power sprayers didn't end up with my entire backyard becoming a shade of brown. Needless to say, my deck looks better than I thought it could at this stage in its long life and my wife and I couldn't be happier. Highly recommend these guys, they are now my go-to for this type of work.

I could not be happier with my experience from start to finish with Aaron and Pressure Pro. Aaron is very responsive to phone calls and texts. He gave me an easy to understand estimate, and did the work exactly as promised. The quality of the work is excellent. He was always courteous and helpful with questions I had. It was a wonderful experience from start to finish. Aaron responded immediately to my enquiry. I explained that I had a deadline to meet and he gave me a bid and performed the work within one week despite a two day weather delay. The process was explained very thoroughly and the job was handled very professionally.

Everything went great.   Met with Aaron who promptly provided an estimate.   He also dropped off a couple of stain samples for me to select my final choice of new stain that would be applied to the fence.   We scheduled a time to begin the work and within 2-3 days the job was complete.   Aaron took extra time to adjust the fence to ensure that the stain did not come in contact with the cement footing.   Aaron and his team did a great job and especially appreciated the extra care taken to ensure the stain spray did not get all over the cement, gate handle, etc.    Very happy with the services and the fence looks great!   Overall excellent experience!

Aaron from Pressure Pro pressure washed a cheap stain I attempted myself on a couple of panels, returned another day once it was dry and stained my entire fence (almost 0.5 acre), front and back.  Aaron was wonderful to work with.  He responded promptly whenever I had questions prior to the work being done.  I mixed up the date he was supposed to come, he realized I made that mistake in an email correspondence, and ended up coming the day I wrongly planned for!  Just great to communicate with.  His work is also top notch and I will certainly hire him in the future.  The fence looks great and he completed the work & cleaned up in under 3 hours!

All was fantastic from the bid process to the completion of the project.  The fence was power washed, allowed to dry for two days, followed by the staining.  They were receptive to take caution of emerging plants, existing landscape, as well to protect surrounding property of overspray.  One section of the drive had a few drops of stain which Aaron returned promptly the following day to remove and made it look like new.  Aaron is prompt, professional, courteous and thorough. I would recommend his service(s) to anyone.

Aaron scheduled an initial walk-through to a**** our needs for fence repair and staining.  He scheduled the walk through with a 30 minute window for arrival.  He called the day before to confirm the appointment and also called when he was enroute (which I very much appreciated!).  He was quite respectful of my time and that spoke volumes to his professionalism.
He was courteous and professional with our walk through assessing all work that needed to be done (from replacing broken pickets, to securing boards which had come loose).  The fence needed to be power washed and stained.  He showed us samples of wood stain and explained how the fence should look post work.
Once we settled on a date for work, he asked how best to communicate with us should he have weather delays.  I explained that a text message would be great as I didn't want to waste his time trying to catch me on the phone.  From that point forward, all communication with Aaron was via text.  He alerted that the start date had to be pushed back due to weather.  When weather cleared, he arrived for power washing, then allowed fence to dry out before staining.  It wasn't necessary for us to be home while work was being completed and to my surprise, Aaron texted pictures of the progress!  It was a great step beyond in service, keeping us in the loop without being asked.
It had been about 7 years since the last staining of the fence (an 8ft board-on-board cedar).  The fence had greyed in some areas and had water markings from the sprinkler.  There were also some deep scratches from hanging plant baskets along the top.  Aaron delivered on what he promised and within the time frame he allotted for work.  The fence looks phenomenal!  Greying - gone.  Water marks - gone.  Scratches - hidden from site.  The fence is now even-toned and looks like it was meant too. 
You know you've had great work done when neighbors stop and ask who did the work on the fence.  I'm happily sharing Aaron's information and am pleased to share a review here.  Thanks to the others who wrote reviews of Aaron as I found him through Angie's List.  I trusted your recommendation and am glad I am able to share my story as well!   Job Well Done!!!
