Pest Control
BRANDON WAS VERY HELPFUL WHEN I SPOKE TO HIM ON THE PHONE. HE ANSWERED MY QUESTIONS AND CAME OUT AND WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND THE REQUIRED TASK AND EVEN INSTALLED VENTS UNDER MY HOUSE TO PROVIDE ACCESS SO HE COULD EXTERMINATE THE TERMITE INFESTATION I HAD. MY ONLY COMPLAINT WAS THAT I FELT IGNORED WHEN I HAD TO CALL BACK FOR SOME FOLLOW-UP QUESTIONS. MY CALLS WERE NOT RETURNED AND WERE ONLY ANSWERED WHEN I FINALLY SPOKE TO A LIVE PERSON.
