Parker County Flooring

Parker County Flooring was an absolute disaster.  Very kind (at the surface) West Texas Folks which makes our experience a bit of a tragedy.  Floor was laid incorrectly and began to buckle all over our home within 3 months.  In addition our floors also delaminated.  They were apologetic at first, but refused to take the blame and were unable to secure any sort of refund from the manufacturer.
One year and 6 tests later...all showing either installation and/or manufacturing errors we still had an unlivable house.  We are currently awaiting an insurance decision which has taken 6 months and we are certain litigation will be needed to acquire any funds from this company.
My wife and kids have taken the brunt of this disaster and the stress and financial burden this company has brought on our family is something I do not wish on anyone, hence this review.  I urge you not to use Parker County Flooring.

In matching carpet from a small sample from the existing carpet, she was very helpful in selecting a close match.  The pricing was reasonable and they were able to get the carpet ordered and delivered quickly.  Only problem was with installation when I asked the installer to replace or fix the closet carpet with the extra carpet in the closet.  When I went to the client's home to verify the work was done, the closet carpet was a completely different carpet and color which did not match the rest of the room.  When I spoke with the lady, she contacted the installer and he told her that was the carpet in there. When I explained it wasn't and that I had another person who could verify that, she offered to order additional carpet to match the remaining room. However, when I went in to pay, I was charged for the additional carpet but after explaining again the situation, they removed the additional charge.
I don't have a problem with the company but perhaps with the installer.  If I should use them again, I would want to be present during the install.

The crew arrived at 8AM and moved any furniture and boxes or crates that were movable and began work. They ate lunch and continued until they finished about 8:30 pm. Would gladly use the service again, if needed.
